A standard hotel. The good point is, it is rather cheap and close to Simpang Lima, the city centre. You can basically go to anywhere by walking. In terms of facilities, they need to improve the cleanliness of their facilities. Especially the toilet. Staff as always, well trained. In terms of interior and exterior, they do not have a strong message delivered through their interior and exterior. Food, nothing special.

Its a pleasant stay in Ibis. Great location in the central of Semarang city. Next to ciputra mall. However, need alot of improvement in the room. the room is quite old and dark. The towel was stained and i immediately changed it to the new towel right after check-in, and also it is not clean white. Breakfast wasn't that great. You may just take bed only package and eat out, plenty of food outside. Overall, their staff are all very friendly.

Generally ok... would probably meet local expectations of service level and quality and choice of the buffet breakfast but not those who travel internationally.

Nice and modern hotel, good elevator. Nice security system with card read elevator security, but the parking lot kinda limited and a little bit cramped when in full book, and kinda looks awfully mess when full.

The room's clean..it was okay..but the restaurant was a bit chaotic at breakfast time because of high season? No greeting at all.. service can be improved.. there was miscommunication between reservation and receptionist, so it made me waiting a bit too long during check in process.

The good hotel in the heart of Semarang City. This hotel is near to Simpang Lima and Mall of Ciputra. This hotel is passed by public transportation (Bus and Angkot). Very comfortable to stay in Semarang.

Cozy and comfort hotel. The room is really clean and comfortable too. It has a fast wi-fi and good breakfast. Eventhough the parking lot is too small, overall Ibis Semarang is a nice, cozy, clean, comfortable hotel to go.

Comfort. The air cond is good. Breakfast is good. The service is good. But i think its time for Ibis to change the towel. Cannot make the difference the towel is white or grey or black.

Very good location, nearby to many food destinations, malls and business center. Room is clean. The bed is excellent but so so with the pillow. Breakfast menu is quite vary from day to day, with descent taste. Have a good Wi-Fi.

In my opinion, this hotel has satisfactory service, and is pleasant, and I am sure of the credibility of ibis hotel, but there are some notes from me which hopefully can be a correction for your hotel, Please breakfast menu should be more varied,thx

Great hotel in a great location. Just 2 min walks from Simpang Lima and Ciputra Mall. The room is very spacious for its class. I love the working desk with the city view. Big window allows natural light enter the room. You should order Salmon Rica-Rica at their restaurant. The Rawon is delicious too. They have free valet parking, and 24 hours room service. I will come back again to stay with this hotel.

The room is very old & dirty. There's blood stained on the closet, the mat is being used by somebody before me, they haven't change the towel,probably since 2000, looks grey and very thin. Not so many option on breakfast, don't even served eggs.
The worst part is the blanket & bedsheet is not clean, i got rash all over my body, 10 minutes after i got into bed. So i asked them to change the blanket, but still.
I prefered not to come back to this hotel.

Stayed here for 2 night and surely will booked different hotel if i visit Semarang again.
Location is good, near simpang lima area which really come alive at night.
Customer service is good, hotel standard.
However, the downer come in cleanliness, bath towel is full of stain (it turned yellow from original white color), mold in bathroom wall, rug in alleyway to the room is very dirty, never vacuumed I'm assuming,
you can see all the dirt, from food crumb to staples etc.
Basically this is an old hotel, but i don't think that's an excuse for level of cleanliness provided by 3* hotel.

Everything was good but the hotel need more room for non-smoking, i know lot of people do smoke but some don't and most visitor do like non smoking room for stay except business people.

The restaurant is too small, very crowded during breakfast. Affordable price and easy to find food near the hotel.

Not too bad: quiet room with nice view and good staff. Towels are old, some of the fixtures are worn and the breakfast is very basic. Not recommended for people travelling by car as limited parking and compulsory valet service meant we had to wait 10mins plus each morning to get our car brought out to us.

Utk sarapan main course nya kurang enak. Ada yg kurang rasa, ada yg keasinan. Tp overall sarapannya lengkap banyak pilihannya.

Rooms are reasonably spacious and clean. Bathroom isnt spacious but adequate. Services are hit and miss, sometimes it is good (as standard as any Ibis) but sometimes the room aren't properly cleaned. Parking lot is a mess though

Ok if you are looking for a place to stay for the night, for example while visiting the city or while on a journey.
Affordable price for a room and a breakfast. The bathroom is OK for its purpose, the sanitary needs improvement, to avoid the smell of the drain. There was a (cigarette?) hole in one of the bedsheets. Room and bed were clean.

Food for sahoor was limited. It didn't taste great. Room was okay. One of the pillows was smelly.

Friendly and comfortable
Only breakfast would like the eggs which is prepared early and when the guest request for it; it was cold. Cleanliness is satisfactory
But overall it's worth the 💲💲💲

Budget hotel. Good location. 3 min walk to mall ciputra, few street shops by the hotel street. Rooms are bigger than other ibis hotel here. Friendly staff. Normal breakfast 5/10. Quite crowded during day time.

Take a night over here. It has a really friendly service, and a well tasted food. Hot shower over 24 hours, and wifi connection around 60-130 kbps (slow connection😀)

I think Ibis is the best Hotel in Semarang after Gumaya.....I was there with my friend and i really like everything there pleasant staff, spacious rooms and they have very nice washrooms too...
I would love to go there again and again....
