Typical general hospital in Indonesia, very crowded. Waiting in the queue for almost 30 min for registration, waiting another 15 min for the doctor that didnt call out the patients, then i complained. Then the customer service gave information that i could be exclusive patients in different building, oh damn great why not from the beginning process!
When i came to exclusive building, yeah with AC, but the service just normal, the nurses were noisy talk each others.
The price not expensive tho.

The best hospital in lombok, and access to the hospital fairly smooth. The noise from the outside, muffled perfect, there is the VIP room and the VVIP waiting room, and the atmosphere is so comfy for patients.

Regional hospital, the nurses and doctors we met did speak English very well. We were helped very quickly and good. Friendly staff assisted with the registration and other stuff. There is a non-VIP and VIP part of the hospital. Foreigners are directed to the VIP part with airco and comfortable waiting room.

This is the best hospital in Lombok. The medical service is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful

not good because they don't appreciate people who use the health card and the service was less for the person using the card because of health (free) thanks

this local government general hospital is manage by Pemda Kota Mataram. provide free ambulance service, many different kind specialization of doctors, Askes/BPJS insurance are welcome.

Pelayanan bagus, ramah, parkir luas. Masukan kalau bisa di pendaftaran dipisah. Saat ini menggunakan 1 mesin antrian, jadi kalo 5 loket menekan tombol panggil bersamaan, maka harus menunggu lama Krn satu nomer dipanggil 2 kali. Disamping itu jumlah orang yg banyak membuat psikologi jadi kacau, Krn kelihatan antrian banyak sekali.
