Food n room services are excellent. Delicious. Cosy place for rest n nice poolside panorama toward lakeside. There are special room rates at certain events for local citizens. Swimming pool for free for hitel guests.

A nice resort in Parapat City with stunning views of Lake Toba and mountain view from the hotel balcony, the service was good, good weather , big swimming pool and clean, and nice place for outbond with corporate groups,but little bit far away from the main street.

Hotel has fantastic view overseeing Lake Toba and surrounding mountains. That aside, room is very simple with very basic amenities.
No kettle was available in the room. Only hot flask is available. Do check if there is hot water in the flask as we realised later in the night that the water in the flask is cold.
Wifi is not available in the room. However, do note that wifi is available at the lobby area.
Karaoke and pool facilities are available.

A nice hotel overlooking Lake Toba and the surrounding mountains! Considering the area, this hotel is great with relatively clean rooms and a good view. There is no hot kettle in the room, but you can request for extra pillows. Hot showers are only available from 6-9am/pm, so take note of that!

Hotel was really nice with great view. The service it offers like karaoke, swimming were amazing. However. The room lacks quite alot as the toilet does not have any drain to clear dirty water out and the room even though has a balcony, lacks pillows. Nonetheless, great place to stay 4 a night

Fantastic view but worse than a 2 star
We were informed by our guide that this is a 5 star hotel. But I really don't feel it worth the rating at all.
There's no coffee making facilities in room, only provide thermos instead of kettle. I wasn't feeling well, finished all hot water at 4am. Calling housekeeping but to no avail. Tried order something for room service and get them to get me hot water.
No bedside lamp. Lamp set up not good. No body shampoo provided, only one shampoo and tooth brush, very old towel, less comfortable bedding, flat pillow.
Limited food choices. Breakfast buffet chicken porridge was cold, not refilled, miserable fruits supply. Wasn't feeling well so grab some toast with egg. At night, wanted to celebrate my son birthday, can't even get one piece of of cake there.
Except for the fantastic view, it's really anytime worse than a 2 star.

The air surrounding the hotel is nice and breezy.
However, the place itself is quite dusty (due to renovation) and dirty. We stay for 2 nights and yet the house-keeping did not do a good job in cleaning the hotel room.
And there is no free wifi provided in the room. 😠😠ðŸ˜

A hotel with Toba lake views and hills, morning sunrise its pretty nice, good weather, good for family and friends, they haven't any single room and elevator.

It's a very Beautiful hotel with very nice view. Hotel come with 2 view, which is lake view and mountain view. Room was quite big n clean.
There are also a few activities that we can do at the hotel, one can go for flying Fox (Rp50,000), or touring around the compound of the hotel to take pictures. You can also have a stroll at their fruit farm seeing interesting fruits and fresh air.

Very big & nice hotel. Very beautiful view of Toba Lake from the room. Swimming pool is big and clean. Very nice scenery around. A must visit hotel. A bit pricey but still worth it to stay here.

It was a good place for our 3rd year retreat. We had a lot of fun in the hotel. The service was really good, and the pool and hall area were very clean. Good tea and coffee, and great food too.

The view was nice, but the service was really bad. Ordered room service, waited for 2 hours turns out they havent process the order. We had to wait for another 1 hour. Everything was so so slow. The staff was not quite nice and welcoming. The wifi they said they provide didnt work at all.

One of the best hotel in town and the best view of lake toba. The evening sun set is a must see and the hotel have tea on a viewing area in the evening.
The room is very clean and have balcony
The only downside of this hotel is that it is away fro the city and the road leading there is very narrow.

The view is great, overlooking Lake Toba. The pool is spacious, and so is the room. But the room lacks modern amenities, like double pillows, in room WiFi. You only get WiFi in the hotel lobby. The breakfast selection is pretty mediocre, and there is few place to lounge. Access is pretty remote, but once you get here, the place will wow you.
