Has all the major retailers and brands. The fair price shop here is huge and pretty well stocked. Couple or more banks also have a relationship centre here. The food court is huge and serves variety of cuisines. Besides the food court private restaurants can also be found here.

This place is a typical shopping mall in Singapore. When I was living in Singapore, there were two Fairprice supermarkets in this mall in the basement and second floor which make it convenient to purchase daily necessities. Everything changes quickly in Singapore, this mall is no exception. I have seen a lot of shops close down and new ones open in a short period of time. In general, this mall would make it unnecessary to go downtown for shopping if you don't feel like it.

The jewel shopping mall of West Singapore district. You can find a wide variety of shops and eateries when you are there. Coupled with a few 24-hours stores, it does open up options for late night dwellers who just need a late night stroll around the area.

Also, it is well connected through its direct access to the local MRT system and Bus Interchange.

Great mall. You will find few shops which you won’t find in other malls. The highlights are the few restaurants (includes a kopitiam), 24 hour Fair Price, a large Harvey Norman showroom and the Golden Village cinema.

If you are a burger fan there’s a Carl’s Jr. and a Moss-burger.

The market place in level 2 is a highlight which you can’t find in other malls.

There’s access to the library building from Jurong Point which allows you to walk without getting wet even in a heavy rain.

One of the best suburban shopping malls. Perfect location and size, great tenant mix, no wonder attract many crowds. Most notable is its food streets of Japan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. Many excellent food to choose from and great cafe for hangout. Worth going for. Ample car par despite weekend. Served by many buses and MRT line (Jurong East station).

Edie Tan (08/04/2018 04:29)
Do not go there during peak hours as parking lot could be difficult to find. Big shopping mall with huge variety. Down side, this place is too crowded due to bus interchange and MRT location beside the mall. One stop shopping mall for me. You could almost get anything you want here.

Daniel Vandolph (04/04/2018 05:22)
One of the best malls in Singapore, no doubt! I was completely blown away by the different sections looking like Hong Kong and Japan. So awesome! The mall has a good variation of stores, even a 24/7 supermarket. The only thing holding me back from a 5 star is too few men's clothing stores.

This is an enormous mall and unless you know where you are going and what you want to buy it's very easy to be lost in the crowd and lost your way amongst the shop. The mall is well managed and cleaned. It has almost every restaurant, brands and retail shops in Singapore however there are too many shops that it feels suffocating and breathlessness.

Indo Singa (03/03/2018 01:39)
Everything organized, that is the good point of Singapore. It's convenient and very easy to find public transport from here for all destination in Singapore city. If you enjoy shopping you will like this place. Good job and well done!

Fiq Aniki (07/02/2018 07:58)
It's a shopping mall. All daily necessities is available! You just need to walk around. One of the biggest malls in Singapore coz u know Jurong is a huge area and need a huge mall to cater the population. Connected to the bus interchange at level 1. If you are tourists searching for high-end branded outlets, go to Orchard Rd for more choices rather than here.

Mia Jing Goh (29/11/2017 09:27)
An evny to its peers, this four-star mall has probably the most diverse F&B offers in Singapore. Lifestyle shops are also in abundance, bringing good lifestyle offers to the footsteps of residents in the west end of Singapore.

Ck Lim (24/11/2017 06:29)
A mall deep deep in the heartlands of Singapore. It has a cinema, hypermart, bus interchange, n many many restaurants. Lots of little shops too. Good place to walk around once in a while

Timothy Ng (18/11/2017 04:02)
It is a beautiful mall with 2 disparate wings with a few themes. It has a Korean Street, Malaysia Boleh, Little Japan alley and an arcade that reminds me of Kowloon. It is quite an afternoon out in Jurong Point. This mall is also integrated with a bus interchange and train station that reach to most parts of Jurong. You can find almost anything necessary there. Have fun.

Qastrina Syarafina (29/10/2017 03:34)
It is a very convenient place. There are lots of bridges and sheltered areas that will be convenient for anybody. There is also bus waiting areas and the Boon Lay MRT station is right beside it!! A strong recommended place to go.

warfries lover (17/09/2017 18:01)
Enjoy shopping here but not during peak hours cos it's so crowded since it's near industrial place. It got its fair share of good eating places and wide variety of reputable shops too.

Was a great shopping mall especially the food court. Decent prices and nice quality food. The first time I went to the bank in Singapore, but my god if we never met this nice guy who gave us his ticket space, we would have had to wait for 2 hours.

Min Xuan Ng (13/09/2017 08:04)
It has a mini Japanese street, Malaysian food court, lots of clothing shops and it is really big. There's also a supermarket at the basement level. Overall a very nice place to shop and dine at.

daniel phee (08/09/2017 10:10)
Almost everything you need is there. Very convenient: From Good and cheap food to Fine dinning. From daily necessities to high end gadgets. Hair Saloons, slimming centres, gyms, child care centre, florist, banks that open everyday, postage Services, and many more.

Lukas Kwan (31/08/2017 12:38)

Well laid out shops. Next to Boon Lay mrt station. Many shops in a huge mall. Wide choices for shoppers. One of the best malls in Singapore!

Ronal Goh (30/06/2017 23:45)
The best shopping center that is just right next to the mrt, bus interchange and taxi stand. There is lots of f&b on new wing and old wing. Cinema and lots to shop till you drop

Shambhavi Sakpal (21/06/2017 19:21)
Very well kept place with great variety. However, it is too commercial for my liking. The bird lover like me would like a handy bird species info so that u could come back and write in my bird journal/ research more about them. Thus just the map for the place doesn't suffice.

Austin Tan (19/06/2017 22:37)
Huge mall. Many shops. Fast foods at basement and highest floor. Ground and middle contains mostly retail. Short distance to the bus interchange and MRT services.

Neo WS (08/06/2017 02:38)
A mega size big shopping mall located near the train station and bus interchange, serving residents staying in Western Singapore. It offers a good range of food, shopping, entertainment, facilities for a wide range of crowd.

Do visit the Japanese street/section for quality Japanese cuisine food selection.

raghunath chouta (19/04/2017 21:27)
I love this mall. It has got all sorts of food. Electronic shops and the ambience is good. But don't visit on Sunday evenings, lot of crowd.

Jerry QUEK Cheng Pang (19/04/2017 10:27)
A good place to spent a day whether shopping or not. There are several reasons
,you can do any of the belows. Shopping, dinning, watching movies, hang out with friends and chit chat in any of the fast food eateries or food courts, bring your families including children have a family outing or a least you can walk around and do window shopping only to pass the time.

Nebojša Bogdanović (10/04/2017 23:32)
Mall has literally everything you can need, from services and crafts to the newest tech shops, grocery stores and value shops. Movie theater and various food courts make it a place to go on a rainy, boring Sunday. Starbucks is cosy and not too crowded. Tourist agencies offer various cruses and interesting options. Place to go whether you need to purchase something or not.

Dhruv M (10/04/2017 16:47)
Nothing really great here except for the big super market. Note that it requires membership.
Food outlets here are the lower key ones of their restaurants and just average.
Otherwise, it's a good terminal to catch buses and trains.

Ch Mu (06/04/2017 02:48)
Loved it. Nice place for shopping. There is a huge Fair price shop where you can shop at one stop. Good service as well.

Rahul Shaw (17/02/2017 01:50)
One of the best multipurpose mall. Food stalls are great. Toy shop is present. Movie theater, Paratha wale, best watch shop are there.

Ravi Vydianathan (13/02/2017 13:25)
Definitely the best mall in the west. Has got lot of food and shopping options and is very well connected with a bus interchange and a mrt station. Can get crowded at times but that's tolerable.

ah hock goh (13/02/2017 07:49)
You can get anything you want. Good food and 2 giant Fair price. One NTUC Fair price and one Finesse. A very wide range of stores.

Erwin S (12/02/2017 11:11)
A wide variety of retail shops and eateries. Some of the banks here have late night banking. Ample parking space

Fluffy Reviewer (19/01/2017 13:34)
Best mall ever. Been going there for 7 years now and never regretted spending my time there. They've got everything covered. Cafe,Fashion Shops, restaurants, fast foods, bookshop and a chill spot.

egorg (19/10/2016 11:59)
Huge place in a transport hub. Airy Kopitiam, large selection of shops including a huge NTUC supermart.

Allen Yeung (11/10/2016 21:34)
Biggest mall in the neighbourhood. A lot of food choices including a HK street (Mong Kok), Japanese street and Malaysia Boleh!!!

Edwin Tan Boon How (10/10/2016 23:29)
This place had really grown up with me, especially before the train extended to pioneer and Joo Koon, you will have to travel to the interchange beside the mall to take the train. Loads of F&B optioms and many mainstream shops are here.

Clinton Tay (07/10/2016 01:06)
It has most offer of what you need. With 2 supermarkets. 1 Uniqlo and food outlets divided into korean, Japanese, Hong kong, Malaysian, 1 halal food court and 1 kopitiam you will be spoilt for food choices in this extreme western mall!

With deserts such as Anderson icecream, JiDeChi (Chinese desert), korean bingsu, etc and cafe that ranges from McDonald's to Starbucks you are sure to get a place for you to enjoy the aroma of the coffee!

Ricky Chung (02/09/2016 02:20)
Great mall, the only things not so good was that too many people. Must try the HK restaurant, one of the best (should be the best) HK restaurant in Singapore, the Malaysian food court "Boleh Boleh" is also very nice

Emily Chua (05/07/2016 10:20)
24 hrs NTUC and bankings facilties and food.

Thomas So (07/06/2016 10:16)
Free parking during lunch hour. Good varieties of eateries. It has a Japanese street selling different kinds of Japanese snacks plus proper restaurant, and an area called "mong kok" serving some Hong Kong local cuisines, pretty close to the Hong Kong taste!

jet tis (23/05/2016 00:54)
Typical heartland mall that gets crowded on the weekends. Pleasant on weekdays when the crowd is thinner. Has good food options such as the Malaysia Boleh foodcourt offering authentic Malaysian fare at reasonable prices.

Leslie Koh (19/05/2016 10:27)
One of the biggest neighbourhood malls with themed sections such as Mongkok Street and Japanese Street selling their respective country's food.

Most, if not all the fast food chains in Singapore has an outlet here!

There's a 24 hours NTUC hypermarket as well as a ballet school located here.

All major cosmetic brands can be located here as well.

It's truly a mall that you can find almost anything and everything in!

Christine Foo (17/04/2016 01:29)
