Antique type room aircon not strong. Did not provide fresh towels daily only upon request. Rooms poorly maintain and not clean. Cuisine below expectation and prices are steep.

Good location, but pricy for local tourist

Deluxe room is much better than deluxe villa even though the price is lower.

Neutral. Souvenir shop and restaurant only. Restaurant have more than one hour waiting time. Souvenir shop just next to restaurant, with keychains, shoes, clothing, ornaments etc. Price is ok

Rumpled bed sheet. Seems they didn't change it. I complained to the staff but the staff insisted that the bed sheet has been changed and clean. I stayed here a few times before but my last experience won't make me comes back. Gross!

Stayed in room B4.

Pros:
- visually beautiful, large and has a great AC
- close to the airport
- very comfortable bed!
- shower pressure

CONS:
Neverending Subwoofer Bass Music
- This was blasting from the Souvenir shop and throughout the suite. It was so intense that it could be heard through ear plugs - starting at 6:30 am and not ending until well after 10 pm at night!! This completely kills any ability to relax or sleep.

If this is important to you, then stay away. Nothing was done about it.

Bathroom:
- The bathroom Reeked of sulfur and something unidentifiable.
- Was overall not clean. I there was crud in the cracks and hair all over the wall.
- The light in the shower stall was broken so, it was quite dark.
- The faucet was difficult to work with as it was extremely loose and you had to twist the handle one way while holding the faucet in place, otherwise the entire unit would turn.
- The sink leaked
- Towels were not all clean. There was a dirty towel left on the floor as you stepped into the bathroom.
- There was not a full toilet paper roll on the dispenser.
- Hole into the wall at the bottom left of the door.

Food/Dining area:
- The first slice of bread I picked up to make toast had a hair baked into it and sticking out the side.
- Coffee was a badly powdered one.
- Not many breakfast options (minor but other hotels have had much more variation)

Service/Other:
- WiFi is Only available in the dining area. You cannot get it in the rooms.
- We have had rides from the airport and around the town for 50,000 Rupiah for 6 people. Theres clearly a deal going on here with the service they use that at least doubles that price. Tip: grab the number of a more fairly priced Taxi to call on later.
- Non-chalance/caring about the music issue in the room or bathroom facilities.
- There were small holes/crud/other stains in the suite (around the mirror).

Nice and clean hotel. But, if you want go around the city, it is not the hotel. Its quiet far of the city, but you could rent a motor bike or ojek. One thing that I like very much of the hotel is very close to Labuan Bajo's airport.

Nice food.
Walking distance from the airport Bandara Komodo.
Excellent place.

Pretty good hotel. Food is passable, rooms as well. The hotel provided us with a driver into town, free of charge, twice. Only bad thing was that on arrival, there were TONS of mosquitos in our room but that shouldn't be a problem if you've got anti mosquito spray (which you should have anyway).

I came to the restaurant while waiting my flight. The location is near the airport. The food is quite delicious but the price is a bit expensive.

We spent four nights in this hotel during our trip to the Komodo islands. It is just five minutes walk from the airport, but one should keep in mind that walking to the town of Labuan Bajo takes at least 20 minutes or costs 50k by taxi. There are no flights at night so the place is very quiet. The transfer from hotel to the harbor can be arranged at 7AM earliest, which is too late if you want to visit the islands or go diving (although after some negotiations we convinced the staff to arrange the transfer at 6AM). Rooms are very nice, the bed was super comfortable (the best we experienced in Indonesia). The staff was extremely friendly and polite and the laundry service is very cheap. The restaurant is OK, the food is reasonable (except one night there was a Karaoke party for locals and we could not get any dinner, but there are cheap warungs in the vicinity). There is also a good souvenir shop next to the hotel with nice wooden Komodo dragons, bags, local jewelery and t-shirts.

Just ate, food was alright but a bit overpriced and most everything was sold out...it was very close to airport which is great!

Clean, today, very helpful staff. Walking to main centre takes about 20 mins, but you can catch a scooter boy for a very low price back to the hotel

Only came here to eat. The meals were not very creative, regardless of what we ordered the meals looked similar. The Mosquitos there are frustrating to. The staff were nice, the saving grace. Only come here if you have time to kill at the airport

This is perfect for your cancelled flights. It's like 100m from the entrance to the airport. Clean.
