Needs more facilities (esp wifi & charging ports) to use while waiting for cars to be serviced and more toilets. And forget online bookings or call-in bookings, they will still prioritise walk-ins and make you wait after them.

As of early 2018 , there are only manual numbering system.. kind of frustrating not knowing what number I'm at. Only one service counter, which is very surprising....

Customers waiting area kind of dull and dark. Brighten it up, add TV program like BBC, CNA, ESPN or Bloomberg! Plus improve WiFi connectivity. Having friendly and smiling customer service is great but implementing the above put Perodua a notch above. 👍👍👍
