Worst ever car service center.
No Quality Control, staffs running around like chicken without head as there are no proper managers around.
Existing supervisors all pushing the blame on each others, no one taking up responsibility, all using the same excuse "I'm not the one doing it."

I am the owner of Puegeot 508 Premium Edition since 25/9/2012..SInce the day I bought the car,I do not have a peaceful mind driving it.Since the day I owned it,I face a lot of technical problems with the car. The major technical problems like Engine ,the gear system,the airconditioner compressor,engine mounting..not forgetting the many minor technical problem like overheating,interior problems,the door sytem. Though parts were replaced but I am very disappointed and regret buying your car brand.These are some of the major problems I faced within the 3 years I owned this car til now. Now the overheating is coming back and the aircondition are not working again eventhough it was replaced and repaired recently..
The other main problem with your service centre in Kuching is you do not have Quality Control..You do not even have a manager to manage your technical staff..
Now I started to ponder,are your mechanic well train, did they really replaced what needs to be replaced. Its you to answer.
I owned many car brands,but this is the worst car brand I ever owned. The worst part is your staff agree and acknowledge that this car have a lot of complaint.
I hope you look into the above seriously.Tq
