Nice hotel's room. There's a closet, coffee and tea maker, and other good things. The staffs are friendly. Good room's service like wifi n clean room. Also this hotel placed near waterfront.

I love the hospitality. The staffs are all very helpful. They provide a nice room and very near to Main Bazaar, Kuching Waterfront, and Jambatan Darul Hana.

Nice and quiet . good taste of menu present. not so far to walk along the river side. very near at souvenir shop

There is no iron provided in the room. The iron is at only one side (wing) of each floor and quite far for those who stayed at opposite wing. The place is hot and no place to hang the ironed clothes. The television is not functioning well too. However, the front desk service was very nice.

A nice hotel in strategic location. Friendly staff and good service. Great view from river view rooms but a little stuffy. Nice restaurant in there with good varieties of food. Toilets are clean but house keeping should improve.

Great location, nice harbour view from room (requested for a room with view), fairly good breakfast. Clean rooms with all facilities you need. Will stay again if visit this place in future

Good location. Walkable distance to restaurants, shops and temple. The hotel is clean and cosy.

Hotel in a strategical location in Kuching. Recently refurbished (2016). Size of the room is fair. Minimalist breakfast. No pool. Very affordable.

Comfortable and good hotel after renovation with a new interior atmosphere. Close to tourist attractions just a walk away. What is not good are the bidet and shower in the toilet may be overlooked. Need to be upgrade also.

Good location & view from the window is superb. The door to basement carpark was locked when we were going to the nearby mosque, for Subuh praying.. anyway the staffs were helpful. Tq.

Rooms was improved from last visit. New painting, new carpet and interior decorations.
Kuching waterfront just few minutes away. Overall it's worth the money you paid for it.

During the month of Ramadhan.. The restaurant manager (ROY) should let the 'azan maghrib' finish before turn to Raya song.. You cannot simply change the radio to raya song when the azan still halfway.. Especially during Ramadhan.. People came to break the fast,not to celebrate raya.. Get your head straight Roy.. This is not Gawai dude..
