Studio apartments are just perfect with all amenities. The staff is courteous. Hotel has a gym and conference room also.

Great value hotel with kitchenettes in Kuching. Nightly stay includes breakfast if you sign up. Also an amazing pool for the kids. It is also big enough to be lap-able.
Beds are comfortable. Bedroom has large mirrored closets with plenty of hangers. Also has a safe for your valuables.
Kitchens have sparse cooking equipment but does include a fridge and microwave as well as a toaster. They provide some bottled water but you can make more with the kettle.
Top floor is great for hosting events or meetings.
Underground parking with security is a plus.
Nice views of the city.

Love this place! Highly recommended for those looking for apt stays. Facilities as good as new. Also enjoy the mall opposite the main road.

The best place to bring family and mostly small children. Great pools and the staffs are friendly plus very helpful. Rooms provided are very comfortable.

One of the best if not the best hotel in Kuching. Location is more than perfect. Just below the hotel there is a convenience store that opens until 9pm every day. They have everything you need, even some fresh veggies, egg and spices if you want to cook in the hotel.
Just across the hotel there is The Spring. One of upscale mall in Kuching. Not the newest, not the biggest but many locals considered this is the best mall in Kuching. They have lots of high end brands opening their stores here.
There is a bridge crossing right in front of the hotel to take you to the mall.
Room is very nice too we stayed at 2 bedroom apartment. It is spacious, clean, staff were very helpful and polite. This hotel even have 3 types of swimming pool! What more you want?
Please consider staying here if you visit Kuching. I know I will be staying here if I visit Kuching again for sure.

+ve Comfy room and one of the best. Nice view from my room. -ve Breakfast, need to be improved. Some staff need to be given a proper training on how to speak to the customers especially the swimming pool staff. I was very frustrated with one of them. Swimming pool rules and regulation need to be reviewed as we are living in multicultural society especially for the muslim people. We can't wear tight dresses or short pants. Tq

Service, cleanliness, facilities and security is good!
There goes :
Breakfast is not appealing, at all!
You can't change clothes inside bathroom, it's too small, toilet bowl is purposely tilted so that the door can be fully open.
Laundry area need improvement, nothing to do there so tenant left their clothes unoccupied making others very inconvenient.

Everything is acceptable but the breakfast is terrible! Not even a 4 stars standard breakfast! Never come here again. Others 4 stars are better.

Clean rooms and sheet! Comfy living room area with kitchenette and just across Spring mall. Try the waffles from dot cafe and pies from island cafe downstairs!👍🏻 Excellent service all around!
But needs to improve on wifi connectivity - team was very prompt to address wifi issues but we had to call them a few times this trip.
Perfect for families and big groups!

Very very near to Spring Shopping Complex, nice enviroment. The was to die for! What's not to like living in a full studio apartment?

Very nice hotel.. Love it.. The staff are nice.. But the breakfast really need to improve.. Its better you order the room without breakfast because you can buy breakfast just across the road in Spring Field Mall.. The room is clean enough.. The amenities is OK too.. The swimming pool is also nice.. Definitely Will stay here again when I get back to kuching.. 🙏😊

Everything is quite good. But I give 3 stars because at the last day, I keep my suitcases to the receptionist before I am leaving Kuching. I locked all my suitcases with small padlocks, then when I take back my suitcases, two of them have missing their padlock.

The location is ideal: just a few steps from the Spring Shopping Mall. Service is always friendly. Rooms are great.

I like the room with balcony although the room is small but the balcony is quite big, I can habgout with friend at the balcony, opposite is a shopping mall with cinema

A good place for business stay, expensive for a retreat(for malaysians that is) for White folks... this is where you wanna be.... Chicks be sunbathing, there's a bar at the bottom...quite a chill place. Staff nice...there's a printing shop for business people if you NEED TO PRINT COLOR stuffs....closes at 7pm though, so please plan your work timing.
as for B&W printing....uhhmmm... hotel should be able to help at no extra cost... just...be nice to them kays....

As a major brand name in the service apartment industry, Citadines, Ascott's latest offering in Kuching, does not disappoint. The studio apartment I lived in offers all facilities and amenities, from dining set to swimming pool. The presence of Uber in Kuching makes traveling even more convenient.

Convenient location near The Spring shopping centre (5 minutes walk across an overhead bridge). Far from city centre. Limited breakfast selection. Rooms are clean. Decent accommodation for a short break.

The price is affordable, the mall downstairs are horrible, nothing for you to see, the only thing u can do is to walk to opposite mall for shopping or take a look

Breakfast is horrible and I was kept awake all night, late into the morning by loud people in hall ways. Rooms are good though, reliable easy to access wifi, reasonable prices and good service.

Staying here at the moment. Everything is very nice except very disappointed with the bathroom. While it is large there are no cupboards to store toiletries. That is OK for a very short stay, but for a longer stay it is very inconvenient. Very happy with the apartment size and breakfast is also good.

5 star for the price. Got cooking area and complete kitchen equipment. For the prices, i cant complain anymore.
