a comfortable place to stay, clean rooms, every hall from room to lift there is a refreshing aromatherapy. the service is also friendly. available gymnasium and indoor pool .. a pool for children is also there. the location of the hotel is quite near KFC within a 5-minute walk. hopefully this info useful ..

Foods are good especially at lunch, but not really at breakfast or dinner (weird). Location is quite good but a bit far from Surabaya city center. It has a lovely indoor swimming pool at 6th floor with the city skyline view

Alana located on the narrow road but not far from the big main boulevard in Ketintang Area. Operated by Aston. I often sleep in Aston or Fave so i know their standard. Alana is so so. The staf is friendly, the room is clean, but the interior is look less than Aston or even Fave standard. The breakfast is not delicious and the menu are limited. O, and the room price a bit high. They have to do something about that.

I have been to this place and stayed here during my business trip, quite a good place. Rooms are clean and tiny, comfortable rooms and well maintained. You need get surprised if hotels in Surabaya is not providing spa service, sure you have one here. Food is ok. Little far from airport and area around has lot of traffic. Parking space is available, pickup and drop location is available.

luxurious, clean, and unique style hotel, very quite and away from the crowd, The other best is strategic cozy place in the center of Surabaya. Piano vibes...always sound surrounding the lobby, it feels like home.

The room is great, so does the service. But their restaurant should do better. It's a four star hotel, so I'll just rate it four star.

The room was large and clean. It was a corner room so nearly 50% of the room's walls are ceiling-to-floor windows. The view was great, but it was somewhat noisy. There's some sort of entertainment venue next to the hotel which blasted dangdut music 6AM in the morning and I had to use earplugs to sleep.
Worst part of the experience was the towels - both towels in the room had brown stains all over them. When I asked for a new one, it too has a stain. Looks mouldy.
The service was good. The staffs were friendly. The room was spacious and clean. But the stains on the towels somewhat stained my impression

Nice, contemporary hotel on a main boulevard in Surabaya. Well appointed rooms with nice bathrooms. Unfortunately our room was a little bit unprivate, as there was a thin door connecting to the next room, which was a family with children. Close to nearby quick serve food and malls.

The hotel was clean, the staff professional and helpful. The room was a twin bed room and the view was pretty nice with a big flat screen TV and a nice rain shower. The breakfast was okay, but a bit pricey at 125k. The best thing was the indoor pool, which is very clean and providing a nice elevated view of the city. There was also sauna and gym facility which are free to use for guests. There was no negative experience here.

In general, just meeting expectations.
for business traveler, wifi is fast and reliable, chair and desk in the room are comfortable to work on, food quality maybe slightly be improved, amenities are adequate, clean room, friendly staff, fast check in with reservation.

Simply the best hotel near the airport. Have always stayed at the Ascott but now prefer this. Very polite staff. Very clean and good value for money. Only downside is there is only one restaurant in the hotel and choice is limited. Also no decent restaurant around the hotel area. If driving don't miss the turn otherwise it takes 15 min or more to turn back.

Went there with my fam, overall experience was very delightful and the staffs were very helpful. Excellent, clean and spacious room well worth of your money. Very recommended and will be back for another stay

Very nice hotel.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, my luggage was lost by the airline and reception staff called a few times for to the airport to inquire for me.
The room was spacious, modern and kept very clean.
Breakfast was fine with a good selection to choose from and a omelette station where a "chef" made an omelette for you.
One of the cons was that the house band which played every evening was very very loud so you could not have a conversation while you ate.

Nice hotel for both business and personal stay. Very good hotel in Surabaya. Staff are helpful and courteous. Services and restaurant food are expensive. Breakfast is average.
