Former Radisson Surabaya Hotel, rooms are big, good for family, right in Surabaya downtown. Easy to go for Navy museum, traditional market, street foods, and super mall.

Slow response staff n check-in process, no prayer mat, oldfashioned hotel, smell room, salty breakfast, little haunted, no deposit box, limited electricity plug

Large room. Quiet. Cozy. Considerably cheap (compared to other hotel with the same class). Value for money. LOVE IT!

Its cozy and strategic hotel. In front of it, there is WTC the largest cellular phone shopping mall in east java.
Next to the hotel is surabaya plaza hotel. So you will never get bored in here. The food was good, espesially the nasi goreng, but if you dont like a spicy and hot food. Dont try it.
The price is moderate.

It's an old hotel but very well maintained and has been modernized. The service is good with welcome drink and kind staffs. The location is in the central of Surabaya. On the left there are delta mall, the plaza surabaya, in the front there is WTC.

An old, and much needed for renovation hotel, but still has its' charm. The room is huge, it has its own living room, huge bath room and bed room. The price is ok, not too cheap, but also not to expensive. Service is also OK.

Nice and cozy 4th stars hotel in center of surabaya. Front of World Trade Center & beside of Surabaya Plaza. You can got there less than 5 minutes. Classic hotel with offer junior & bussines suites who have large room.
Breakfast is good. Recomended

This hotel has a crappy service system. My husband checked in earlier and I came later in the afternoon as I had a business to do and the hotel receptionists refused to inform me the room number booked by my husband. They told me to call my husband about it. The parking lot has very narrow space. The hotel sacrificed their long stay guests when the parking was full. They informed me that I had to do a valet parking and charged me for it. It costs Rp15,000 per parking. I stayed for 23 days and got no parking spot for my car several days. Their restaurant service was dishonest too. A staff informed me earlier that he would deliver the change but none happened. He kept the change.

Mosquitos in the rooms, food definitely sub-par, and the restaurant prices were almost Singapore levels.

Clean and big room, near Plaza Surabaya, have enough parking area. They also have phenomenal Nasi Goreng with spicy flavor.

The hotel has a great location. It is close to shopping malls (Plaza Surabaya, Grand city, WTC, and Tunjungan Plaza) just in a walking distance. The only issue that I experienced was the cleanliness of the bathroom, the rest were good.

What a lovely hotel in the city. Very large room , n really comfortable. It is located in the center of the city, really close to surabaya shopping mall n wtc. Good choice for business trip and also holiday.

An old hotel with affordable price. It is okay to have an old style hotel. But this one is old in every aspect. The closet is old. The bed is old. The floor is old. It is like the owner does not really take care of it, or take time and money to renew it. Last time i spent time there, the toilet is clogged.

One of legendary hotel in Surabaya. You'll find local food called "Nasi Goreng Jancuk" which is tasty and spicy, meanwhile the changes name of many times make people confuse about it

Location is not that good. No convenient store nearby.. but this hotel quite special and comfortable.. you can enjoy bird singing at the lobby every morning, yes, bird sing for u..haha

Nyaman enak tidak seperti yang dikatakan orang orang yang katanya angker, saya sudah lebih dari 4 kali menginap di tempat ini. Yang menurut saya kurang cuman lift nya yang waktu menutup nya cepat sekali

One of the few places in Surabaya where they have a Olympic size swimming pool. Fee to enter is 50,000 IDR but can be as low as 30,000 IDR if you buy vouchers (350,000 IDR for 12). On weekends make sure you swim in the morning to avoid swim meetings and on weekdays after 6PM it is usually full of both swim training and synchronized swimmers. Pool is pretty clean and is very good for training.

This hotel was know because it's famous fried rice called nasi goreng jancuk. The friend rice is very spicy, if you don't like spicy food I recommend you better skip this place but if you are spicy lover it's a must to stop here.

Wow! A wonderful renovated room! Look so glamour and wonderful! With inroom WiFi Router and so huge and cheap room. Very very satisfied with this hotel. Must try hotel!

Lovely stay in a very gracious building with helpful and attentive staff. A full size pool was amazing. Great chef and buffet breakfast lots of interesting and tasty food.
