Admin Kurang memperhatikan pasien, banyak mengobrol.
Workers are not friendly most of time.
Doctors, nurses, and administration clerks
Maybe its because of too many patients come everyday.. they serve less service.
But overall, because i have medications fully by government insurance, i am quite satisfied.

MRI equipments malfunction for 3 weeks already, What ???? One of the best government hospital who serve over 1000 patients everyday. Do something Mr Health Minister..! Dont waste tax-payer money!

Although it (may) has the best of the best doctors in West Java, but the overall service is bad (especially for the pharmacy). The place is always crowded. Even when I go there to take my meds in the pharmacy, the pharmacist skip my queue number.
(I knew it because I've waited for 4 hours, I got 185 in my queue number, but when I asked when will I got my drug, I saw the pharmacist has already serve the patient who has 200s in his queue number).
It so sucks.

best medical staff but not for some services like the drugstore or clinic.. too crowded even on the weekend..

The SOP seems to be different for each month, lately. I don't know if it's appropriate to say it, but I think it's burdenning the patient.
It's not that we come here for a slow and relaxed vacation ...

It did its best to be a public hospital. Parking lots was so crowded, you'll find it hard even just to park motorcycle.

Hummm well its a government hospital, you should have an unlimited patience... some staff are friendly and helpful but mostly not.. maybe its bcz of thousand ppl came here.. if you have other option, i think you should pick another one... this one will make you tired, super tired...

Unless it's emergency and lower tier hospitals cannot handle the problem, it's better to avoid this hospital. The list is amazingly long. The registration number could reach a thousand in a day. Therefore, parking is terribly difficult to find here. It's possible that you can only park in buildings or streets nearby. In addition, sellers around the hospital make it quite difficult to enter the buildings.

The facilities are complete, it's very difficult to find car park, the canteen at the new building has nice food.

It's the number one government hospital in the city, but there's one big problem: parking space for cars is nearly never available for guests.

Pernah saya dirawat disana selama 10 hari kaki patah parah (ngaplek) di biarain aja... cuma di bersihin luka kulit bekas tulang keluar... abong pake SKTM
