This seems to be a hit for tourists within the area since its probably one of the more recognisable place to have a decent coffee to get the day going.
Small outlet with limited seating indoors and outside, its a shame they do not offer more local variety type coffee.
Crew are very friendly bunch though and service is to be expected from any Starbucks outlet.
Tip: they may have a local Sumatran blend of coffee sometime. Try asking especially if you like your coffee black.

Located in a shopping complex and attached to Soho department store is a real plus point. As usual the ladies can do shopping while their spouses wait with a cup of coffee and the kids can run up and down between mom and dad. They even have indoor seating area facing the department store which is cool with AC. Pity that the space there are so narrow, there's not enough room to cross other seats next to us for going out if it's occupied. The outdoor seating area needs umbrella to avoiding tiny anthers and dry leaves falling into our food and drinks.

Location was difficult to find, but they had a great selection of coffee and other items! Limited indoor seating. The offer a few drinks that are exclusive to Indonesia.

The spicy tuna bread is heavenly, very filling and well priced at 27k. Staff of two was quite busy with an order for a family of four which leaves me wondering what they do when there is a crowd.

Very dirty floors and tables. Staff do not know how to use oven to heat pastry n pies. Coffee is weak taste.

Good coffee... I think the espresso shots they pull here are stronger than in the USA. Maybe it is because they still use the manual machines and not the type where you just have to push a button?
The location was good, attached to a side of a large mall. Not a lot of seats, so -1 star.

As far as I'm concerned this Starbucks is the best part of Bali Collection. Good staff that make an effort.

Great atmosphere but to use the WiFi you have to buy coffee every time you use unless the staff will stare at you and turn off the WiFi

The guys are quite upbeat and ever smiling... there were a indecisive child and the staff quickly diffused the situation by playing a quick decision game and he knew what he wanted! As for the coffee ... yes, it was well made. The milk was not boiled and the temperature was just right - I had the caramel macchiato. The sitting is small, would have really loved to sit down and kick back a little there.
