Great food and nice place. Staff is super nice and friendly. I had the beef rendang which was great, the flavour was a bit watered down but that could be for catering to tourists. We also had The Biku deluxe burger, the Patty was a bit dry but over it was good.
I will be going back to try more things in their menu. So many interesting things on it.

Exceptional small restaurant. Great dishes, live music & very friendly service. Make sure to order tea: you will not only get a tea but instead a full tea ceremony.
Can only recommend this place!

Savoury food was absolutely disappointing. They went too far from traditional taste, tried to hip it up, and made the final taste quite awful. I had lamb shank that didn't peel off the bone - hard as a rock. That said, its desserts redeemed it from just 1 star. The chocolate fondant and the banoffie pie were simply divine. I would come here for afternoon tea or cake but I'd never ever recommend dinner here to anyone. Ginger moon was far better.

The food is too far away from its traditional taste. They tried to be hip, but failed. The portions are very small, too. Presentation is decent, but that is the only good part. Hence two, not one star.
There are much better places in Bali to spend your time and money on.
Correction: the desserts are fantastic. If it were purely a dessert place, I'd give it 5/5.

Fantastic. Their Burger is amazing. Their Beef Randung is fantastic. Their atmosphere is perfect. And their service is off the charts. And the cake :-) Price is total value. Not very expensive at all for the quality. Even locals can afford it. Thank you Biku for showing good service and excellent food with fair price can happen in Bali.

One of the more well known restaurant in Seminyak. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Food is excellent. Different varieties of Australian, Indonesian and European food and dishes. Well known for its scones, which is served with both home made whipped cream and strawberry jam. They have live music on weekends and tarot reading at certain hours. Service is excellent and wine is good.

Excellent service, interesting place. Large selection of tea and food. They cater for allergies and vegan/veg as well as Indo and western food. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Food was delicious. Biku cooler was a refreshing drink on a hot day. They have a tarot card reader here for 150k, but you must book in advance.

This is a very nice place to chill the afternoon at. The restaurant is highly rated online and have a wide range of food to choose from. breakfasts brunch set, Indonesian mains, and steaks. They have interesting drinks concoctions Eg. turmeric antioxidants dose. If you already have had too much Indonesian spicy food they have light breakfast muesli and potato cakes with eggs. I would recommend coming here. Price point is from20-40,000 a non alcoholic drink, to the most expensive on the menu is a pork belly at 135,000. The other things on menu are about at 50,000 thereabout.

The service is super nice here. The staffs are so friendly and inisiative. Coffee is also super nice. Not too pricey for a good ambiance and also delicious food.

It was great experience for my lunch. From car parking to food serving everything was taken care very nicely. We tried Kashmir fish curry and lamb shank, rocket salad, masala tea and carrot cake. All food was delicious and served well. Staff is very polite. Looking forward for my next trip for hight tea. Thanks Biku restaurant.

Hands down one of the best dessert places in the area. A wide range of teas, pastries and great food. The ambience is unique and everything together makes the place quite popular so make sure you make a reservation in advance!

Biku never fails to impress . I have been going here for almost 10 years and it is consistently good . Service is always excellent and the menu items have never faltered . Great value for money . The turmeric juice is the best in Bali . Go for High Tea in the afternoons. It will have you going back again and again !👍🏻👍🏻

Came here on recommendation of the local tour guide and was not disappointed! Just loved their delicious food, great atmosphere and always smiling hostess and waiters. Be sure to make a reservation online if you are planning to come here for dinner as it gets packed fast. Highly recommend visiting this gem at least once!

Great food. Great ambience. Lovely staff. An amazing experience.
People looking for good food experience with a local touch... This is the place to be... Must have almond cake, most of the vegetables are freshly cut, unlike all restaurants claim it to be. This is after a foods and drinks night at ku de ta.

beautiful setting, in an old Javanese style house, huge range of teas to choose from, and a lovely afternoon tea display. My daughter loves the children's tea, as she gets a little teapot all to herself. Plenty of other drinks and food to choose from too

Fantastic tea menu, good breakfast variety including a good English breakfast. Good for any time of the day. Good atmosphere too. Service is also excellent.

Fabulous High Teas as well as great menu for any meal or time. Food is sensational and the staff are well trained and very attentive. The decor is authentic and you can even browse and shop in their gift shop area. Parking is available and a handy ATM is available at the side of carpark.

Friendly staff, the food taste good. Although when you ask for some water they would probably forget and give it to you 15-20 min later which they need to work on. Prices are average/cheap and the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing.
Trent Collins (03/06/2017 02:34)
Great place with good selection and decent prices. With booking in busier times.
Only negative is can get very hot in middle of day as they only have fans and not air conditioning.

My favourite restaurant in Bali! We eat here regularly during our holiday. Huge menu & good prices. Love their banoffee pie!
Crystal Koh (23/04/2017 09:32)
Interesting restaurant that offers other experiences such as tarot card reading and a retail shop as well. Love all the unique items they sell here and bought home some postcards!
Stephanie Wheatley (23/04/2017 05:49)
Staff was nice and food was mehh. They don't allow outside water which makes sense and they offer "mineral water" but they bring it out opened. The after taste is just as bad as the smell of the canals that lead into the ocean.
We came here cause we saw online that there were tea readings but we found out after arrival that they don't do that anymore. I didn't see anything posted on their website about that though.
Don't come here hungry. You're paying more for atmosphere.
Dessert cakes (ones with eggs/milk/cream) just sit out in the heat all day so avoid if you have a sensitive stomach.
Melissa Green (21/04/2017 09:15)
Service was lovely, food was great and price was a little higher than other places but well worth it!
Vanessa Dowell (17/04/2017 07:40)
Absolutely fantastic service by staff. We had the rib eye steak with veggies cooked to perfection. Dessert was Affogatta - icecream with baileys and coffee, and chocolate mousse with mango sorbet - which completed an amazing meal. Highly recommended and very family/children friendly.

Teahouse, antique store come restaurant. Very interesting decor. Food is exceptional, you wont eat much better. Extremely well priced.
Jos Prins (27/01/2017 10:54)
Great restaurant with great food for a reasonable price. To bad you get half the portion if you order a western dish compare to a Indonesian dish. I would've gladly paid more for more food.

Best restaurant in canggu. I've been here two months and there are many quality options. This place is the best value, and serves up fantastic authentic Indonesian cuisine in a beautiful setting.
Carl Massy (10/01/2017 05:08)
Always great...and that is why it is best to book ahead. Consistently great food. Very reasonably priced. Awesome selection of teas. And a great range of deserts and cakes.

Great interior. Very tasty food - better than most restaurants around. Friendly staff.
There was a bad mix up with our reservation for New Year's Eve. We came the next day, spoke with the manager – he apologized for the mistake and was very helpful in making everything right.

Loving the tea selection! Tried its high tea, not impressed as I was hoping they can serve more of Indonesian variety of kue basah. I'm very surprised if they ever treat local Indonesian differently from English speaking foreigners, I think I should pay them a visit and experience it myself 😝
Eliza Kohar (18/09/2016 09:45)
There were 4 empty tables with only 1 that had the "RESERVED" sign, yet the waitress said all 4 tables are reserved and put us on a shared table with a fan blowing to us directly.
Can't a place like Biku buy more "RESERVED" sign to put on the tables?
They put on the sign that said (more or less) "All debit and creditcard in Indonesia is experiencing a system down started 3pm today..." well you know what, I went to Revolver after that and succeeded paying with creditcard.
I've heard that this place treat us-local tourist- differently than the foreigner, yesterday I experienced it myself. We can pay for the food and service, no reason to treat us differently.
Shame on you Biku. Worst service ever.

Nice place very bali. Had the high tea. You don't even need to have the tea with it we ordered shake and iced coffee instead didnt cost any more. Bali food looks great there as well. Clean toilets as well.
Cherie Rae (02/09/2016 23:57)
My partner and I loved the food at Biku. We were there for breakfast. We had vanilla bourbon iced tea, moroccon mint tea, nasi goreng, mie goreng and potato cakes. All of the food tasted great. And the eggs that came with our dishes (cooked 3 different styles) are all great. I also liked that they sold woven dolls that supported their local community - a business that gives back. Staff were also friendly and pleasant. Will keep coming back!

Awesome place to dine in. Very extensive menu and reasonably priced! I could eat here over and over again. The Nasi Campur tastes amazing and is a great value for money. The high tea sets are of decent quality as well. A must to try if you take spicy food.

Very kid friendly. Went there for breakfast. Food was very good. Price is reasonable for the quality of food. Staff was very attentive. They have small chairs to place your bags/belongings. Baby chair and toys were provided as well.
Yanni Yoong (22/04/2016 02:32)
Very delicious rending and Nasi Campur. Interesting interior and they serve traditional and English high tea. What a lovely combination

Biku is a gem in the Main Street of Seminyak. The food here is deliciously consistent, with a variety of Indonesian and Western food to choose from. Food standards are of a high quality, and the customer service is excellent. You can go here for Afternoon High Tea, or enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner meal. Drink choices are outstanding: from teas to cocktails and the coffee here is comparable to Melbourne coffee
