" REFUSED TO TREAT A BLEEDING AND INJURED HORSE. I MADE THE APPOINTMENT, HE SHOWED UP, THEN REFUSED TO SEE THE HORSE BECAUSE OF AN ARGUMENT HE HAD WITH MY GRANDFATHER A FEW YEARS AGO. HAD I KNOWN THIS I WOULD HAVE CALLED SOMEONE ELSE AND NOT LEFT MY BLEEDING HORSE IN ANYMORE MISERY AND PAIN. WHO DOES THAT? "
