Kq nada ngmg nya seperti itu..? Yg kalian jual itu layanan loh...dengan staff yang seperti itu maw menjadi terbaik? Bad service!!! Bru pertama kali maw mencoba utk reserve di zucveda aja uda gitu! " Have a lot of potential, quite ambitious want to claim the best spa place in Medan, last time my experience not par to my expectation, we were put in loud area, you can't relax at all, you kept hearing people coming in and out, pushing door, the loud masseur, and lack of amenities of bathroom, I did report this to their marketing team, I hope they listen to my suggestion and feedback. Since the price is very far beyond on standard spa area I felt like don't want to gamble my money back here and going to other place that i know i always happy with "
