" Had a good experience changing my car's rims to their in-house SSW brand. Was speedy and fast and workmen were polite and accomodating. They don't take in the old rims (newish condition original Toyota rims) so I'll have to sell them off by myself elsewhere. They even sold me a 5th piece (upon my request) at the same member's price as the first four, so that I may keep as 'insurance' if I need it years later to replace a severely damaged rim and when the model is likely out-of-production.
One thing they could improve on is the speed of their responses to online enquiries. Otherwise, I have been able to get the information I want through phone calls. "
