The place has got a great garden and nice pool. The staff -very friendly and always smiling (as everywhere in Indonesia) and they knew enough english to communicate with the guests. The rooms are not as good as one the pictures- every day the staff came and cleaned our room but the room itself was humid and had crakcs which gave the impression that the building is old and not kept in shape. The staff is what makes this place so good.

Sebenarnya menyenangkan namun pada saat saya menginap ada pemadaman listrik dari PLN dan pihak hotel hanya bisa menyalakan lampu dgn gensetnya yang kapasitas kecil. Alhasil saya tidak bisa tidur. Kamar bagian dekat front office juga berisik.

Really nice place to relax and enjoy the setting , the staff are a great assett for the place and are a pleasure to deal with , being helpfull & courteous at all times .
Will definately visit again when I want to truly relax , swim and enjoy good food & service !

Nice place. You gonna feel homy. It is boutique hotel with garden arounds so you gonna love that. The location is kind of hard to find cos located on the village, but it is famous. Nice to try n stay to relax.

Stayed here at the height of the holiday season. The staff was attentive and the breakfast was excellent. I loved the pool! The WiFi wasn't very fast, however. It seems there's only one router for the whole place. The location is also quite far from the main tourist attractions; Jalan Malioboro is nearly an hour to the south in moderate traffic. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

This hotel is very very good.. very warm for guest. Almost every tourist and guest from European; germany, netherland, russia visiting and stay at this hotel because this hotel have personal touch to their guest. This hotel have a cozy garden and small but nice swimming pool, the best place to relax and make your soul peace.

Amazing experience! All of the hotel staff are so kind and polite and made sure me and my big group had a wonderful time here. The food was always delicious as well :) the meals are all pretty traditional.
My bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The pool is also very well kept and clean. I had a great time here! I'd really recommend it. This is a nice low key accommodation for a calming getaway.

This was our lovely place to live on Java. It is not a 5 star hotel, but you get what you pay for - and we loved what we got! Beautiful territory and nice rooms, delicious breakfasts and great driver Dodo who speaks English very well!!! Mostly all the staff members speak English, and it is a great thing for foreigners on an island that is not very touristic place.

Best hotel experience we had in Indonesia. Staff is excellent, very polite and helpful. One can hire a car with a driver for a whole day for reasonable money and visit the city, the temples or arrange a trek to the magnificent active volcano, the Mt. Merapi. Restaurant serves great Indonesian cuisine and amazing tea and coffee, the garden with the swimming pool is also very nice. Rooms are big and comfortable. They also have a private wellness center and one can book a typical Javan massage. The only drawback is that it is far from the city center and one has to take a taxi or hotel car every time to go somewhere.

We had an amazing pleasant stay here, the hotel has nice and clean rooms and a relaxing swimming pool. The hotel restaurant (which was cozy and surrounded by a beautiful garden) was fantastic! We ate some of our best Indonesian meals throughout our whole vacation right here. And the putu ayu that you'll get for breakfast is to die for, so good!
The staff is beyond friendly, welcoming and always willing to help you with anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice please to stay. Very clean. It's a warm and beautifull hotel that give you a home feeling. Excelent origenal food and a good room and swimmingpool. Wen i go back to yokyakarta i will stay in this hotel.

The place was very clean, there was a nice pool and clean every day. And the complimentary breakfast was lovely. It was a wonderful romantic getaway for my girlfriend and I.
