The main menu is nasi uduk. The taste is good. Accompanied with fried or grilled chicken, fried tempe or tofu and a little vegetables. Generally taste and price are good. Nice options when you are in yogya and want to eat something else aside of sweet taste

Our driver recommended having lunch here as it was next to our room in Hotel Phoenix.
The coconut infused rice was excellent, with either the gurame fish (set 6) or chicken (set 2). Both sets also come with a drink each, as well as tofu, tempeh, cucumber slices and chili. The fish was good and fresh, and the chicken was excellent, if a little on the small side.
The only negative, if that can be said, is that everything was a little dry. Prices start from around 23000 rupiah.

The best Nasi Uduk in Jogja really nice taste, this place is a new branch, strategic place, located in Jl. Sudirman near Tugu Yogyakarta. The menu is quite complete, but some side dishes are not available such as otak2, babat. But the packet of nasi uduk is complate, in this branch also serve the cheapest packet that only available in this branch its about 23k (nasi uduk, ayam, tempe tahu, sambal + ice tea/ hot tea). This is really recommended, you should try.

The food taste good actually, I recommend their fried chicken, fried fish and otak2 also tastes good.. But there are some cats wandering around and long wait time reduce the comfort..

A must try “nasi udik” in town. Nasi uduk is a steamed coconut rise which is one of the popular food from Java. Normally it is for breakfast but many are now served for lunch or dinner menu. Nasi Uduk Palagan has few outlets in town. I came to this one unplanned as I and my family looking for local breakfast to eat.
I like the idea to have a set menu over the counter, taking the concept of fast food. Unfortunately, ordering waiting time is long. Perhaps it is just the day they have too many customers. But I noticed they also offer GoFood service. So it seems lacking of time management only which they need to improve.

Have you try nasi uduk in yogyakarta? Let me suggest you with this one,. Nasi Uduk Palagan. Its open 09.00 to 23.00 , placed in jendral sudirman . Taste is good especially the fried rice . Place is open space area but the atmospherbis not too bad . Clean and bright . Lets go there ..............................

Tasty Nasi Uduk with various side dishes. Empal gepuk is my choice, tender fried beef, accompanied with tempe, tahu and cooked papaya leafs.
Important thing is you can use cards to pay here, and the minimum spending is not limited. Useful when you happened to lack any paper money.

Lokasi strategis mudah ditemui, parkir mobil sedikit, tapi parkir motor banyak, tempat makan nyaman, biasanya rata-rata beli take away (ojek online). Saya pesan nasi uduk, ayam goreng. Selain itu masih ada pilihan lain seperti empal goreng, lele dan nila goreng, serta nasi goreng Rasanya lumayan, harga standar. Mungkin bisa kembali kesini lagi untukcoba varian paket yang lain setelah coba makanan sejenis.

This place is not like the Nasi Uduk Palagan pusat in Jl. Palagan Tentara Pelajar. You don't get to choose the dishes, but they already have the set menu ("Paket"), e.g. Nasi Uduk with Empal, Tofu and Tempeh.
Price is very affordable. Average price is around 20 - 25k you get nasi uduk with some dishes and drink. I had the Nasi goreng ikan asin which was pretty good.

The food was nice and cheap, a well maintain place, its clean and lots of hotel just at the left and right of the place. More like a small canteen but very recommended place to get some nasi uduk
