Indonesian hospitality at its best. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Hotel has being recently renovated.

Excellent hotel.
The rooms are a dream and the beds are more than comfortable.
The bathrooms are spacious and very clean.
The staff at the reception is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is perfect.

Excellent hotel especially the junior suite room. The room is well decorated. There are two floor in the room. You can relax and watch tv at the first floor and rest at the second floor.

Weekend is disaster for check in hotel. It's overload, waiting for empty room until 2 hours in lobby hotel. But it's okay since the hospitality of the workers is good. Clean and comfortable hotel. Hotel that blend with nature. Fish pond with the bridge near by swimming pool. Many trees there. For the bed room itself, it's quite good. There is bath tub. This is the guest who have baby looking for.

5 Star hotel in city center. 5 Minutes walk to Malioboro.
Comfy and spacious room, friendly hoteliers, large pool, and wide selections of breakfast menu.

Excellent place. Welcoming staff, beautiful decor, and wonderful facilities. Had a lovely spa treatment and many delicious meals, great for relaxing in the evening after a days adventuring around Yogya.
Would definitely recommend this. Also it is dirt cheap for 5* hotel!

Downtown Yogyakarta, walking distance to Malioboro street.
Great room with large bed

It’s surely the fanciest Hotel in town. With Amelia the quality is guaranteed. The surrounding are super noisy as the hotel is in the middle of one of the main roads. However the rooms are well sound proofed! The garden and the swimming pool are pretty. Restaurant is good too!

Old hotel but nicely renovated. Pool is great for young kids and family. Breakfast tastes good, but running out quickly. Room is not too fancy for 5*, but still comfortable. Bed is firm n nice, pillow is not comfortable - too high n seems old. Cleanliness can be improve, found some dust in the fridge cupboard. Bathroom is okay. Quick check in & check out process.

The hotel is about 45 minutes from the airport and is situated near the famous Malioboro shopping street. The deluxe rooms are surprisingly big and comes with shower and bath tubs. They provide bathroom essentials and towels are changed daily. Rooms facing the pool would probably give travellers a much peaceful sleep as the sound of prayers are blocked. Hotel is very clean with diligent staff making sure the guests are comfortable. Many thanks for the wonderful 3 nights stay.

The hotel is clean . Room is big. Request to fix up door of shower cubicle was responded promptly. Every staff from the doorman, housekeeping, reception, pool and restaurants is cheerful and attentive. Breakfast was fairly good but with room for improvement. The food in Chinese Restaurant was of good value.

The rooms are beautiful. The food in the chinese restaurant Ching San is mouth watering. We didn't expect to find such authentic Chinese cooking. It surpasses many Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. The chef's recommendations were great. The service was excellent. The price was very reasonable. It surpassed our expectations! We had a wonderful time, we ate there 3 nights in a roll and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This hotel really deserves a five star rating. We enjoyed the beautiful new rooms at "The Level". Great central location and fantastic service. Food was lovely, a great place to spoil yourself!

The swimming pool is shallow and too small for swimming, designed for kids and family paddling around. The shower cubicle is not watertight we always ended up with a very wet floor. Good gym facility and restaurant. Breakfast is really good too. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Great hotel amid of Jogja's heart. Nice pool, fancy breakfast & dining menu, well-maintained interior, and superb quality of service. The room, however, wasn't soundproof enough.

New refurbished interior design, but some spot are still outdated. Not so many breakfast variety compare to other 5 🌟 hotel in yogya

This hotel is enjoy to stay. Just 5 minutes from malioboro. This hotel is clean and tidy. The location of this hotel is in the centre of Yogyakarta.

Large room, good breakfast, near to tourist atraction...BUT..when i went out, someone left a plastic containing rice in my room..may be he enjoyed my room 😤

This hotel is an amazing oasis in the heart of Yogya. Unbeatable breakfast spread, wonderful staff, nice pool. There was a minor issue with the plumbing but they fixed it after I reported it.

The hotel provides spanish food for the breakfast such as paella, tortilla de patatas, churros, gazpacho, and it tastes good. The room was clean and big. In the bathroom there are shower room and bath tub separated.

Completely renovated hotel, good location in the city, great service and high quality standards. An oasis in Yogyakarta. Huge swimming pool and garden area. Breakfast is superb and a good variety of western and Indonesian food. Best option in Yogya!!!

Reasonably comfortable but not of the same quality as other Melia hotels. Very inflexible on rules. Refused to honour Melia loyalty privileges since the booking had not been made through the Melia website. Refused to give a late checkout beyond 2pm even though that is one of the Melia loyalty privileges. In other words, you get precisely what you pay for, not a drop more. Very transactional but not conducive to building loyalty.

5 star hotel with friendly and helpful staffs. Location also strategically placed in downtown area (3-5 mins walk to well-known malioboro street). Will choose this hotel again when revisit Yogya.

Nice hotel with beautifull garden and swimming pool. Verry close to Malioboro and the train station is also not far. Big rooms with clean bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpfull.

Kamar tidurnya ok, pilihan menu breakfast nya juga banyak.. hanya hotelnya sudah tua saja, namun tetap terawat baik.. yg gak suka hanya bau pewangi lift nya saja.. terlalu medok jeruk pengharum ruangan gak jelas 😑

Nice hotel, stayed here for a full two weeks while I was in Yogyakarta for work and exploring the city. It's pretty central and has a good concierge that will call you a taxi or private car. It's right beside a supermarket called Progo, where I was able to get a local SIM card and some other necessities. It's also a 5 min walk from Mal Malioboro which was great. It also has a tour company within the hotel.
The gym, pool and restaurants are all good too.

Great hotel in the heart of Yogya... Nice pool too and surprise voucher IDR 200K when you book online directly to its web (promo event), cheaper than Ag*da or Book*ng, etc at that time....

Pros:
+ Pretty well interior
+ Cool corridors
+ Near-to-anywhere (except to airport)
+ Ease of access for public transportation options
Cons:
- Closet/wardrobe doors too low, could hit toes
- Some bathroom equipments nearly damaged/broken
- Pretty distant to Adi Sucipto airport
- Unstable bath hot water (e.g. 2 min hot, then suddenly cold)
