The have a beautiful roof pool and restaurant..

Nice and happening place with 5* ambience . they give buffet breakfast . u can roam around nearby market they have some really good and cheap local Indonesian stuff ... Don't forget to visit the nearby supermarkets ..

I reserved a superior room, they gave me a room located in 1st floor, in the corner, the back of lifts, near the emergency stairs, and it was the only room there. No view, no hairdryer, and only one key to access the room.
When checked in, the receptionist told us that the pool will be closed next morning at 8 am for a wedding. But actually when i was going to swim at 7 am, the staff told me that it was closed bcs they will set up the venue (the venue was a room close to the pool). We paid for the facilities that we can't use.

Good hotel in the strategic area (Malioboro area), the room was clean, the food was good, and the staff was friendly. Love to stay there and hope to come back soon !

There is pool, yattaa.. Rooftop is designed well. So many bin bag and sofa, it is nice for enjoying the morning or twilight. Such a fun holiday. This hotel is very strategic, you can go to Malioboro crowd by foot only.

I got this place as a replacement from the travel agent coz the original hotel that I choose & paid already fully booked. Got free upgrade room type though.
Quite nice for 3* hotels. They gave you all the standard perks as any other 3* hotels. The benefits is this place is really near to the malioboro street, only 5 minutes walking distance.
Btw, all the room here are no smoking, but if you choose the executive room you'll get a terrance but no view at all, just a small space with 2 benches. If you cought up smoking inside the room they'll charged you 500.000 idr. Better not smoking inside 😂

Friendly staff, good location near malioboro, good breakfast, the room is small but clean enough, has swimming pool on the rooftop, but didn't try it. Overall very good comparing to the price

Small but clean room. Hair dryer doesn't work well and limited during peak. Location is good and near street food with mall nearby. Breakfast is decent. Overall value for money and will consider staying again.

The place is near from malioboro mall, malioboro street, and you can buy so many souvenirs with reasonable price in malioboro street. This hotel also provide welcoming drink (in 3 kind), all drink is so delicious.

Dafam hotel, hotel with reasonable price, with strategic location, only by walking we can to malioboro to shoping with cheap price and friendly seller we also can to market bringharjo if want to buy batik cloth. And many local traditional foods in here. The location of this hotel is strategic, in the city center, easy to go anywhere. This hotel is suitable for backpakers.
This hotel is close to the vredeburg castle, the fort with the characteristic of the Dutch era. Then monument attack 1 maret, and alun alun jogja. Come visit here.

So far so good. Easy access to center of tourists spot but a magical hotel where my air conditioning shut down automatically every 2 or 5 hours although the remote battery had been plugged out.

Rooms clean yet feel small and crammed. Great service and very intricate breakfast. You can't have breakfast for free though if you're just staying one night, found that extremely weird...

Not worth the price.
Positives:
Reception area is good
Staff are nice, friendly and respond quickly to requests
Located just off Malioboro street
Negatives:
Dirty bed sheets and towels on check-in
No door on shower so bathroom gets very wet
Breakfast is so so.

Nice and cheap hotel in a nice location in Yogya. Close to the rail station, shops... Rooms are nice but small, but the pool on the top of the hotel is fantastic!

A very good place to rest, the servers here are so good, and most importantly, you can walk around between the sweet around the hotel, and you will find things fun and attractive. By the way, Google map is really help for my trip this time. I hope next I can come back again.
