It has fast and good services. I dont have to wait for a long time because it has many employees to serve customers. The haircut is also good because it's just the same as i ask. I only have to pay IDR 40.000 for wash+cut+blow. Oya, the spa is also worth trying. It will fully refresh your mind. Definitely will visit again when i get some me time!

Woman-Only salon which gives you best deal of treatment every month. They got different bunch of spa package. Make sure to do a reservation if you want to try their spa treatment

Cheap price list result in quite low service quality. When I asked the hairdresser to not cutting my hair too much, she didn't pay attention. Also I have to pay extra for having a thick hair straightening.

Paid more than 300.000 for coloring my hair into black..the staff did not explain to me what kind of product that she used and their prices...
And you have to be careful and aware if during the treatment the staff is offering you another product especially if you're gonna have a treatment package..for example they have treatment package called mini spa, it includes bodyspa, hairspa and facial..if the standard product for the bodyspa treatment is milk or chocolate..during the treatment their staff will ask if you want milk or chocolate or coffee or kiwi etc..but if you choose another product besides the standard product they will charge you for that without telling you..see the surprises at the cashier..
And for the hairspa treatment they will do the same thing..they will ask you if you want another product besides the standard product for the treatment package..and off course you already have massage during body spa..so except for your head..you will not get any massage on your shoulders, hands or feets..
So sad it's not only happen in this branch office but other branch office too..I had the same 'bad' experience in Jl.Beo, Jl.Kaliurang and Jl.Timoho too..

Affordable price with various treatment. Unfortunately, the place almost crowded everytime..so you have to wait (sometimes spending a lot time) to get your turn

The most favorite salon and spa since I was student. The therapists are friendly & professional. They have 'magical hands' to give you the best experience for body massage.

One of the receptionists WAS NOT friendly. She even gave me her ugly bad grumpy face and didnt greet me and even ignored me, the other one was better. The owner should read the reviews on here, not only me experiencing bad treatment from th staff, my Indonesian friends even told me all worst stories they ever experienced. Not only in this one, but the other Flaurent salons too. Why is it so hard to find one good friendly professional staff? As a front officer, the staffs really have WORST PERFORMANCE, ever.
The hair mask treatment was nice and really good price. I think this is the reason people still come to this place

A relaxing place with a very reasonable price. The services are very good. However, the queue would take you some times. I suggest you to come early in the morning.
