Queue for the customer service is too long, there are 8 counters but most of the time only 3-4 of those are active

The marketing named of Arifin was very unable to serve. He's so worst in after service.

Pretty helpful customer service but the long queue at the beginning and end of weekdays seems inevitable. One of the ATMs has Rp20k bank note option. Extra point for a cute teller LOL

Strategic location. Built-in with some ATM machine then so helpful for ones who forgot to take money (especially at night because this bank surrounded by food stall)

Usually there's a long wait for the customer service. There's a 20k ATM here.

Cabang Bank Mandiri di area UGM. Tersedia ruang ATM yg luas, open 24 jam. Ada ATM dengan pecahan 20 ribuan
