This establishment does not fit to be called a hotel. It is indeed a boarding house. Here they rent rooms mostly to users with prepaid monthly payment, although they also accept prepaid weekly payment, and even daily payment for short term stay. The room facilities are good including AC, refrigerator, hot water for showering, etc. The parking lot is wide enough. Another advantage for the occupants is that there is a mini-market located on the ground level of the building.
