I stay here (hotel archie 2) for 4 night superior room via traveloka..the price in traveloka is more expensive than we paid on the spot and no superior room that i have booked...

The hotel is ok but the bathrooms are not so clean and the breakfast is not good

I booked 4 rooms for 1 night in this hotel 1 day before my arrival. On the day I arrived at the hotel, the management staff told me that my booking had been cancelled due to no confirmation. They didn't even tell me to confirm anything, but they blamed me not to confirm anything. I've already stated and confirmed D-1 in my call that I book 4 ROOMS and PAY ON THE SPOT, but then they neglected my prior confirmation ON THE D-DAY OF MY ARRIVAL.
Very bad information management. Don't deserve even a star actually.

Untuk kamar single, fasilitas kamar tidur baik, TV masih menggunakan model tabung, toilet duduk, shower mandi namun lubang keluar yg tidak merata.
Tersedia handuk namun teksturnya keras, air mineral 2 botol dengan 1 gelas, 2 sikat, dan 2 sabun bulat kecil, ada kulkas kecil, 2 lubang colokan namun hanya satu yg berfungsi dengan T paralel (bisa 3 colokan).
Lokasi dekat dengan pantai, ATM mandiri cuman 300 mtr, ada masjid dekat juga, dan banyak rumah makan.
Dideretan hotel juga bnyk penginapan.
