Come to Medan to visit a friend in February and on my flight over, read about this place from the in-flight magazine. Decided to give it a try from the glowing reviews that I read and all I have to say is WOW! It's definitely a place where price meets quality and every small details are thought of. Right from the start, everything was explained: the choices of massages available, the type of oil to choose from, to the therapist informing me the time of start of the massage. After the massage, I decided to take a shower and the bathroom was spotless! I had a really amazing experience that I decided to go back before my flight back to Bali and my experience the second time was just as great as the first time. It's definitely a place that I would come back again if/when I am back in Medan and I highly recommend it to any other people visiting Medan. Keep up the good work, guys!

Wanted to try this place out as it has good rating on Trip Advisor. Booked a slot and was asking about the vouchers they sold there. The CS lady was extremely impatient in explaining the terms and conditions of the vouchers. Before I was done asking, the customer service lady rudely put down the phone! To her, she was done getting my booking info and that's all she cared about.
I called back and she lied about the phone getting cut off when it was clear that she put down the phone. She also pretended to not hear me and kept repeating "hallo.. hallloooo..." when I was talking. She might be trying to "prove" her point that the telp line is bad. It was a drama. Her name is Anita.
I hope the management will look into their level of customer service and make sure that their frontliner is not driving away potential customers.
Pls investigate into whether the telp line is actually bad OR if you've got yourself a drama queen as a CS.
Won't be trying this place out (at least for now) despite the good past reviews. I'm sure their reputation will go south if they don't improve on simple things like this. Re-train your CS, or replace her altogether. Thanks.

Massage is good but a bit on the pricey side. Maybe they can have options for food massages.

Paid for 120 mins plus the face firming treatment of 30 mins so total of 2.5 hrs. However, they said I’m done after just around 2hrs. Paid the extra 30 mins for nothing. This is the 2nd times happened to me at this place.
They should show you the time before the starts and shows again after ending. It will be more professional. Beware if you want to come to this place. They might cheat your time.

I knew finding a good waxing place in Medan would be tough, and actually the waxing here is not bad. But it is so overpriced (I paid less than half for the same treatments at a nicer spa in Yogya), and they charged me the first treatment price rather than the maintenance price because it was my first time there, even though it was definitely a 'maintenance' wax. Anyway, if you need a wax in Medan it does the job.

The place is cozy, and offers few massages and facial treatments. I took an oil massage which was about 188,000rps for 90mins and was quite alright. I don't think that the massuse are not well trained, but the service was good.
Be aware that they only five you one small black panty to wear.. And if you are thinking of taking shower after the massage, its available if you bring your own towel.

They didn't offer a lot of varieties, unfortunately
And it's quite pricey compared to other places.
But you get what you pay for, they know what they're doing, and the place is actually quite nice.
