It was a very pleasant stay for the golfing and sightseeing trip with my friends. The karaoke facility was very good and convenient. The staff members were very helpful and friendly.

It's an old hotel got renovated. The room is quite spacious. Regarding the location, it's near city center but not as near as walking distance...
Across the street there's a gas station and a small 24 hours convenience store

Friendly front desk staffs. Breakfast buffet spread was good though some items were cold. F&B staffs always looked grumpy. There were so many of them but only a couple of them would go around the tables to clear plates while the rest were just chatting away. Spacious clean rooms. Traffic around the hotel is chaotic during morning and evening peak hours.

Actually is a nice hotel, but its old and not update in modern concept to attract more tourists to come and stay.

I'd rate this hotel a 5 star because I have visited many places in Indonesia and stayed in a lot of hotels, but not a single hotel had more than 1 plug point. So if I wanna charge mobile and use laptop, I cannot. Here they've planned neatly that there are more plug points and 2 nearer to bed !! Believe me, even if it looks silly reason, it's actually a great point compared to other hotels. And this hotel is very near to City center, good service, good food, swimming pool, gym, etc. I don't find a single reason to reduce the star rating !!

Not special but also not a bad hotel for biz trip. The building relatively new and this hotel have a good access to anywhere. There have to a lot work to do with food and beverages taste quality. Current taste does not reflect 4 star hotel.
For vacation, i think i should try another hotel.

Great prices, food is quite variable and the Lontong Medan in it's breakfast is very delicious.

Just renovated. Spacious room n the bed is comfort enough. Simming pool not bad. Pool view room is silent & not affected by noise from the road if you choose city view. There's also a carved object before you go to the lift, a very nice carved from ivory.
