excelent mid-town hotel.
My room is good, staffs are nice, place is also easy to access and not so hard-traffic.
Easy access to stores, and street food stalls.
Roof-top resto is a good concept, but also became on daylight.
Would consider back here on next business trip.

2 Star given solely because of the location. smack in between all famous street food we wanted to try. Rooms here should be more than 10 years old. Overdose on air freshener and fabric softener. My nose is a tad overwhelmed by all those fragrance smell. even my bed and pillow. New towel in room was not so clean. Phone in room does not work at all. Paid RM 140++ per night.
But good location. doesnt even need to use grab to get around.

Absolutely unreasonable receptionist. Not worth price paid. 1st night and totally disappointed.
Only 1 tissue roll. Additional blanket request was rejected. Fridge is broken. Totally over priced. No additional pillow available in cupboard, request and rejected. Only 1 keycard, 2nd keycard was given with "usually we only give 1 keycard" comment. Door doesn't lock properly.
Receptionist need training on hospitality customer service.

Key card doesn't work, dirty towels, not cool air con (though was set minimum temperature). Not one of my best experiences in hotels. But the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast on rooftop was great.

The good food cooked that day was enough to keep me and my friend happy. The only really surprising though is that the place have a quite unmaintained cleanliness and there were a lot of footprints on the floor. Although this problem didn't destroy the whole experience, but the experience could be enhanced altogether.

Nice service, beautiful view, nice breakfast. Everything went really well. Awesome place to be, have a small fitness centre.

a very suitable hotel for business trip because the location is near the medan’s business center. the hotel facilities are nice but the room is kinda old fashioned. breakfast here is my favorite because the restaurant is located at the rooftop so you can enjoy medan’s city view while eat breakfast 👍🏼. the staffs are nice

Hotel located at the downtown ease to reach location, room a bit small for 4 stars hotel but the rate was ok, car park is limited and valet was available to help for parking for free

The staffs are not hospitable. The air conditioner didn't work, I also lost my Kindle in the room while I'm visiting some places.

Ma 1st time came to hotel that i should ask for body shower, and TV remote reparation coz I cant switch ON the TV..I dislike a breakfast place..for me its quite dirty for hotel rate

First impression is not good. Dark, old dated furniture and interior. A lot of people smoke here, hotel management should be able to provide decent ventilation in the lobby, hallways, and seating area by the lift not just ashtrays. Coz once i stepped out from the lift, the hallway smells smoke. Non smoking rooms aren't 100% non smoking. I'm allergy to smoke and i can still smell smoke in bed/carpets/rooms even if it's faint. With no access to open air (window is locked/not workable), i just hope i won't have problems tonight. Bathroom is basic but clean enough. Food is standard. Nothing exceptional but still okay.

Room cleanliness need attention. Soap, tooth brush, and bath accessories are low quality product. However, the hotel is located in a perfect site
