The hotel was previously named Grand Serela hotel. Breakfast menu has various and tasty especially lontong medan. Room spacious enough but not as big as JW (no problemo). Comfort to sleep. Shower only bath. No inhotel massage parlour, so need to call outside but must wait quite long and must re confirm the hotel phone operator, better go outside if you need. Good price to sleep for sheraton standard. Overall is great and recommended.

The room are neat and clean, very spacious and luxurious. Nonetheless really bad acoustic even from the 8th floor. The noise from neighbouring clubs and traffic are very bothersome.

Rooms are big, amenities were adequate to my needs. Fast and uncomplicated check in and check out. Good breakfast

This hotel is nice and clean in the main road of Medan-North Sumatra. Even not a cheap hotel but value of money. The food for breakfast are tasty and has many variant both west & east breakfast style. Recommended for bussiness trip/travellers.

12 days stay in this hotel, I think it's very long time and good experience for give comment :
- small room, we can listen sound fr outside room
- some day, housekeeping room isn't good. Not clean. Have cake box fr guest before us in behind cloth window.
- in room any cockroach. 😢. We have maked notes, but no improve cleaning..
- facilities swimming pool and fitness very good
- breakfast is good menu.. I like lontong medan.. 😍
I think enought and I hope any improve for management hotel.. Thanks..

Before is grand serella. Quite good but the reception ask deposit about 400.000 IDR, and only half can use for dining 😑, he said the other 200.000 to secure the minibar, that uncomfortable

Stayed there for 3 nights. Room was quite nice, but small. You can hear voice from outside the room/corridor. Breakfast was good but not too many variations.

For 2500 starpoints a night, this hotel is one of the best deals ever. Stunning hotel towering over the city. Beautiful entrance with marble staircase and large, glass chandelier. Friendly staff all around to assist you. I had the general manager leave me a note and a manager reach out via email on arrival. Got into a junior suite, which was spacious. There was a large shower and tub. The pool outside is awesome with the hotel backdrop. Definitely over a 4 star hotel. Surprised to see it was only labeled a Four Points, but maybe that will change. Good job!

Good Hotel near city ... clean rooms and helpful staff ..convenient and accessible to city ..sparse menu with good food ..local and western menu...limited bar choice ..equipped with small swimming pool and decent gym.

Nice New hotel. Room is quite large. Clean bathroom. Breakfast is so average, nothing special. The restaurant is too small, during peak season, it is very difficult to find empty chair, very crowded. You will run out of the menus. Waitress's services are very poor.

I am booking via travel agent and check in at around 7.30 pm have to wait about 30 minutes because the non smoking rooms are not ready. Morning I go down for breakfast about 08.00 am and the breakfast room is full when I just eat appetizers and wanna take main course, seat already filled by others given by the waiter. Very unprofessional service 🖓🖓🖓

Just loved it! Especially the wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Food was great, rooms comfortable. Used the shuttle bus to take us into the airport....

Service excellent for this hotel. Price quite cheap, very good room, very nice ambience. But the location quite far from crowd area like Medan Center or Jl. Semarang (chinatown)

Very nice modern hotel. Friendly staff, rooms are large and comfortable. Bathrooms clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was also very good.

Nice Hotel, spacey room. We got an free baby crib on request.
Location is pretty ok i guess. reachable within 10 minutes to town.
Minus point is the lack of bath tub in the room, and a little bit edgy receptionist.
