Amazing cinema. Comfortable seat, great quality screen, great sound. Best cinema ever!
But, Asking for receiving Maxx Star Class Card is too long. Even though was already pass a month, they said that card production was not finish. So long. Please improve the fast production or making it fast giving Maxx Star Class Card to us if they already reach Star Class Member.

The distance between the monitor and the seat quiet far.and the sun plaza locate in a strategic place so you can come by using public transportation. I rather choose Friday to watch the movie to avoid the crowd. The only one thing that a little bother me is the seat is very long from the left to the right and the aisle only 2, so if your seat number is in the middle then you have to excuse many people. Others have some aisle so you can choose to seat in the left side consists of two seats like in central point theater.

Good place to enjoy movie. It has Ultra XD screen, very large screen and studio. Also Cinemaxx Gold, a premium class studio where you can relax on reclining sofa and enjoy your movie

Tapi anak2 malah diperbolehkan ikutan Nonton.
Termasuk segerombolan anak berseragam SMA. Deuuhh...
Asliiii, Jadi benar-benar ngga nyaman deh nontonnya..
Bagian Ticketingnya plis agak jeli donggg pas jual tiketnyaa .. 😋

Love to watch at Ultra XD. Really big screen. The only problem is ticket and food in one cashier. People buy ticket online have separate queue but waiting is longer than reguler queue when people also buy food.

Movie theatre in Sun Plaza. Went to both Ultra XD and the Gold cinemas. Ultra XD is no IMAX but the screen is large and sound was impactful. Seats were comfy and well spaced out. In Gold class, it is similar to VIP / gold / platinum theatre experience offerings from other countries where they give access to a lounge and allows for a wine and dine experience in the theatre. Reclining seats with blankets within a smaller theatre makes the atmosphere a lot more exclusive and date-like feeling. One slight disappointment is that there is a large partition between each set of seats for food an other items to be placed which prevents the seats to be joined as love seats. The choice of food and drinks offered is staggering for a theatre too. Overall, good experience with both options and the price cannot be beat.

Waiting for 40 minutes just to get the tickets? Are u kididng? Poorly management. Supposed to make it seperated with buying ticket and food so people without need any food can be quick like At hermes. In the busy time the staff only two. Unbelivable.!

Watched King Arthur last night. New cinema (last time was 21 cinema). Comfortable seat, good sound system & decently price. Cheaper during mon-thurs (IDR 40k), Fri is IDR 50k & weekends are IDR 60k per regular seat tix. Theres also premium seat.
