Has all the latest movies. Theater is big, screen is ok, sound is great and chairs are usually clean. Restroom is also pretty clean. Ticket price isn't that expensive. The only downside? Food and drinks are expensive.

Good lobby = 1 star
Good workers = 1 star
Cleanliness = 1 star
What star is missing? It stinks.... 😱 I am sitting in studio 5 right now and I smelt like a pee pee smell inside the studio. Yuckk. Minus 2 for that. So the result is three stars. Fix that smell please!!

The movie ticket is cheaper than other cinema in medan. Sometimes there is promotion with Tix ID.

Located at Centre Point Mall 3rd Floor. The staff is quite fast. The toilet is quite clean. There is a premier theatre right here. Not crowded at weekdays but always crowded at weekends.
The lobby is really spacious and clean, but the seat is not enough. The price is moderate. The theatre is clean. Great place!

First The Premie of Cinema XXI in Medan, nice cinema with Dolby Atmos Sound sytem. Great food taste but mostly western food and snacks.

Love this cinema!! Nice decoration makes the atmosphere so great! So many chair and not too pricy of their snacks and drinks. Also, I really love the theaters because they have been support Dolby Atmos. The sound are really great! Worth it for Cinema XXI winning The best Cinema in Asia.

cashiers are really rude and impolite. Screams so much. It feels like im in a traditional market.
But the staffs in the premier section are well mannered. im satisfied with them.

One of the most visited cinema in Medan City. It is convenient and the restroom is gradually being cleaned.
Nevertheless, most staff are unfriendly, especially the cashiers. Snacks are definitely overpriced. Overall, it is standard.
