Went to the restaurant but nothing special about it. Payed twice as much for the same drinks as I would just down the street.

Best in town, if there's any complaint, its the lighting on the room which I think is not bright enough (some corner in some room sometimes too shady)

Every time I visit Tarakan this is my favorite choice to stay. Front offices are friendly, room is okay just need to improve the cleanliness.

It's pretty nice to stay here. The bed is so soft and i like to stay here. But it's to cheap for reserving the food. So we offer to take the food from outside the hotel. The hotel benefit is in the center of the tarakan, so that near to go anywhere. Overall its nice experience to stay here

For the pricing it is OK. Wifi connection was very slow 😫😓, although signal strength was good around the hotel and only need 1 password. Swimming pool is too small for exercise, better to have a good gym room.

Yes, three stars are applicable. Service is good and staff is very friendly. Some renovation work would improve the hotel's charme.

Nice food. Great rooms, nice location in tarakan. Great place. A good choice if you want a piece of comfort in tarakan
