Team of Thieves!
They asked me 90,000 for a simple single person dinner.
The place is also dirty and swells sewers.
I definitely wont go back and do not advise anybody unless you want to get food poisoning.

this place is actually good for hangout, had an old place ambience, but just don't come here after rain.. the rat also make me scare and feel disguise.. local government need to improve this place, help the local community to get advantage from tourism..

food court, very crowd. you can see the truth of the Indonesia here. all ethnicity can gather peacefully without discrimination. you can eat halal or haram food at the same place. you can find beer too here. i put 4star because this place is not clean enough, but its safe to enjoy.

Not a recommended place for traveller, the menu lists food with no price so you might be charged expensively. Once you come, many food sellers will come and hand you all their menus, questioning what you would like to order when you didn't even have a chance to take a look at their actual foods.
But for local people, Akau may be a good place for dinner, since there were still so many crowds even if it was late at night.

This place is an icon of Tanjung pinang. You must go there. All kinds of Tanjung pinang's food you can find in here. Chinese's food and Malay's food all you can find in this place.

Wide range delicious food
But very limited parking lot
No rest room here unless you borrow it with shop house owner around there, who majority is selling foods too
Usually is most crowded by the night
But it's quite a crowd by morning too

Many variant foods are sold here, delicious, and fresh it's bad that I haven't tried the "es campur" here. But, this place is not very clean, and needs more light (lamp or candle maybe). Location is easy to find. You must try the grilled fish and sotong.

Very crowded open-concept food court. Difficult to find seats. Some seats are reserved for specific drinks stall (you have to buy drinks for them in order to sit there). All food stalls are recommended!

This place is a small food heaven as it has a lot of variety of food stall and beverage that you can choose to eat from breakfast to dinner and even supper.
It operational time is morning 5am to 10am if it is packed with people, it'll also close earlier at 9am or less. Lunch is from 11am to 2pm if it is packed with people, it'll close earlier at 1pm or less depending on the raw materials.
For dinner it is start selling from 5pm to 11pm normally and some may still open till midnight.
For those food hunter can try this place at anytime.

Many food stalls, lots of local culinaries. Went to order a plate of fried rice and satay which is pretty so-so, nothing special. The fried rice is dry and pretty expensive. If you decided to come here at night time, prepare for a dinner without lights!!! It's freakin dark and no candles either.
