Amazing service.....they are offering packages for a week or a month to foreigners. I picked the one week package, 15 GB. The guy who took care of me was very friendly, and patient. Glad they were there, because without data.....you're just lost. Tha KS telkomsel

One of my favorite place to wait the flight beside the Garuda executive lounge (eventhough lately was quite rare to visit there due to the cigarette smells which really troublesome). You only need to claim via your telkomsel point and after that you can enjoy their service which provide quite various snacks and meals. They also provide coffee bar and they can make the great espresso which sometimes better compare to other cafe that I was visited before. Really great since I did not need to smell the cigarette fragrance. Located between gate 16-17 domestic departures at T-3. Recommended 👌👍

Lounge in terminal 3 soekarno hatta airport domestic departure. Located between gate 16 and 17. The dish quite complete and the taste quite good. However there are several not fresh food.
The things that i love this place is they provide fresh coffee on the lounge. Another things that i love is on several occasions the provide the guest indomie. Two thumbs for this lounge.

Nice, big lounge. Not much visitor, since i'm not quite sure there are people who want to visit to servive their sim card there. Should be offering more educational content

Beautiful lounge to appreciate this morning while waiting for the departure of Garuda flight GA 306 to Surabaya. I and my wife sit in row 43 J and K. The plane departs on time at 07:15 wIB.

Big lounge but nothing to do there. I suggest that it has a book corner and promote people to read some books there. Practical thematic book will be better, coz only need few minutes to finish reading and might be useful for life. Please make people love reading activities.

As a KartuHalo user more than 5 years and as a Platinum Customer being rejected to enter the Lounge unless they deduct 1000 poin wasn't a good experience... why didn't state clearly in Telkomsel Apps about this? I saw that Platinum Customer have access for Airport Lounge

Variative menu, coffee, hospitality staff, and easy, just change our 250 points of telkomsel ..we can enjoy unlimited time to stay and all you can eat menu.

Very impressive Domestic lounge, rest area and Cleanness. Mostly domestic airport not as wide and full of services.

The lounge has been upgraded with more variable menu. And the utensils were cleaner. Keep up the good work!

Nice lounge.. not that big but enough to accomodate many. Drinks and hot food are available so it helps us to refresh a bit. Soft drinks and water are abundant. The place is nicely arranged.
You can use 250 points for entry or certain package I guess.

Love it! but need more water dispenser for passenger who are using tumbler. I was struggle to find the water dispenser last time in the airport.

The place is decent. There are sofas inside with lack of foods and beverage variety. They serve meal and snacks as well as coffee and tea. No soft drinks available. Basically no chilled drinks whatsoever. Taste of the snacks was plain.. pffftt literally tasteless. I did not dare to try the meal. There is no flight status display or information inside, so you barely hear anything should they call your flight to board. The staff were also not attentive nor giving any information about current boarding status. You are on your own.. this is not worth while.

Makanan tdk banyak variasi. Waktu ke sana pingin ngopi, tapi hanya ada kopi di ceret di atas pemanas, itu juga hampir habis. Ada semacam mini bar juga sebenarnya dengan kopi yg berbeda, tapi gak ada orangnya.

Not bad at all, specially for free facility. There are several foods and beverages. Fried rice, soto, snack like cracker, peanuts, fried bananas, tea and coffee, ice juice and others. But, when i tried to taste fried rice, it was cold. Maybe in some other time, the services can be improved. Thanks to Telkomsel for the services

The food ordered here just so so in taste, with few variety of choices and so are the entertainment choices. But good place if you want to use your unused telkomsel point so you dont have to pay for airport lounge.

To bad as an airport lounge. Seat so old fashioned rather than it neighbour( BNI lounge) although with same company which is saphire lounge. Food majority to salty. No cold drink because running out ice in the middle of the day.

Well, what can I say. I build for a living and this airport is as nice as alot of them that I have seen all over the world. Garuda terminal is looking pretty good and it has a great selection of foods and adult beverages IE beer
