Very expensive and not better than the other hospitals in the middle cost sector. I was there two years ago for pregnancy check up and ultrasound scan (USG). Maybe three times more expensive than the other, but looks nice inside. Long waiting hours.

23 des2017. Two hours waiting for internist for a check up. This hospital is worsening and can not keep the promise. This should not be an excuse for this private sector
It has been more than 30 minutes, but the neurologist does not show up, and the nurses only said that we have to wait as he is on the way. Come on?? This isn't acceptable in this era

The facilities at the vvip room is very basic. Need to rejuvinate the room. Microwave and some on standby cutleries will be great. So they make the use of the cupboard n pantry counter. The nurses needs to understand English. Very poor English, not so friendly, not neat, not very informative, even 1 nurse at night shift giving wrong dosage of the medication for the patient. Which means they have bad system on the filing. This is bad bcos making patient even more worried n confused. Only 2 nurses that was nice enough eventho dont speak English but at least can rely on this 2 nurses. Even the older senior nurses are worse as they are smile even less.
The catering was terrible. Taste bad. Food are hard to cut or chew (chicken/meat). And worse part they ignore the specific diet for the patient. Will u give milk containt meals n egg to diarrehea patient??
However, we went here for the Doctor. Dr. Johannes Sadikin is best. Very informative n efficient. Really giving comfort n confidence that he will make u understand what u r having. I hope n wish he get better assistance n support from the hospital.

Parkir lumayan.. walau sering penuh.
Sekali istri pernah rawat inap dan colons+endos sama dr. Cowo yg jd Top Doctor disana... dimana pembayarannya terpisah dg kasir RS hehe...
Lumayan bagus dan bersih...
