Staff and people in here are rude
The process here slow af just they just serve 43 people in 6 hour spent + 'calo'

You need to park at the 'inap' which cost 30k for first four hours then 6k per hour.

The place is ok, but please improve your staff efficieny and attitude.

Get a quick reception service. This immigration office is also within 8 minute walk from SHIA train station. I appreciate this much much improvements with the online services registration. No more intermediaries (calo)

So many things need improvement here.
I came from faraway to make e-passport and choose this place from a recommendation, but what I found is many disappontment.

First, you need to improve the information service. So many things need to be clear. But all the sources of information could not be relied on.
Phone: no one pick up
Email: no one reply
Twitter: it's been ages since the last update and they only answer few questions as they may like it, I tweeted several times but never get replied even after days.
Person: staff at the location didn't give clear information. When I made passport they said the box will be put "outside" before the schedule. I came two hours before schedule, asked the staff right away and they mentioned the schedule is 12:30 to 14:00 and I waited, waited outside the building when will they put the box outside. He didn't even care to explain that the supposed box is put inside, not outside, and only 15 minutes before the schedule did he come out to say to me have I already put my form inside the basket "inside"? Gosh! I should've been first, but so many other forms already in the basket just because he didn't care to give enough information.

The thing I appreciate is the email of pengaduan who answer my question (after information email never answered me) about the rules: cancellation of passport if not taken by 30 days after the application, which clashes with so many vacation on June that will make my passport being cancelled before even the schedule for pick up comes, so they handle this by finishing my passport 3 days earlier than 15 work days schedule. I'm grateful.
But please don't put such rule or make a distinct information that would not make people nervous or wronged, for example make it clear like 30 calendar days after the schedule date of taking the passport (not from the application date), like other office stated.

Second, the cleanliness. The toilet is terrible, smelly, dirty, it seems no one even bother to clean it for ages. You should hire additional cleaning service to clean the toilet. Just because the staffs probably have their own toilet doesn't mean that you should not care about toilet for the visitors.
They pay so much money. Shouldn't you assign some budget to serve them properly? I sit outside waiting for two hours while covering my nose with my veil because the bad odor from the toilet spread out far metres away. Really such a shame.

Third, fairness. Guard the basket where they put the form to take the passport as to prevent some people from cheating the order. A lady (customer) has to stand up and guard the basket herself and told people to put on top, not the bottom.

Another thing to be glad for is that they have three staffs to serve the passport taking so the line moves easy and I only need to wait 22 minutes after the schedule of 12:30 when they start.

Please, I hope you will improve greatly in the future so public service in Indonesia will be comparable with some great service outside the country, i.e. Netherlands.

If you want to take imigration pass. You need time to queue in the early morning because per day only +-150 form that we can recieve.
Need to improve the service and the quality of time. Rarely start at 6.00am. Ordinary start at 7 maybe 7.30 but the queue is too long if you arrive at this time.
