This is.. a meeting point in Terminal 2F Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. I suggest to meet here if you don't have any clue to meet in a certain place in Terminal 2F.
I'm not a fan of KFC, yet, because it opens 24/7 I guest it's a good place to have a quick bite, or maybe to dine. And.. offcourse.. almost all kids love fried chicken, so.. if you bring kids, just come.. and have a bite.

KFC has 2 floors at 2F terminal and different operational hours:
1st fl (Arrival) open from 05:00AM - 11 AM.
2nd fl (Departures) open from 04:00AM - 11PM

KFC terminal 2F, first floor havr no AC, 2nd floor have AC in it. So just go to 2nd floor instead. A little bit more pricey that other KFC store(its in airport). So crowded.

One big chaos. Is there any management here whatsoever? Staff behind the counter can't properly help non-Bahasa speaking customers. I ordered a bottle of water that turned out to be incredibly warm once I took a sip. Upon asking for some cooled water, the staff wouldn't take it back because I unscrewed the cap. I was welcome to buy a new one. Are people even trained for customer service here? KFC unworthy.

Not impressed with KFC Indonesia experience, though this was the only one. Ordered chicken wings, which I found overfried.

While eating my dinner, a staff member insists I move outside to a non-air conditioned area because my suitcase was on an airport trolly. If this outlet does not like bags, then they should not have opened an outlet at the airport.
