Tolong perbaiki kualitas CUSTOMER SERVICE nya karena sangat lambat dan kalau fotocopy data nasabah harus berjalan beda ruangan.sehingga customer terlalu lama nunggu.

Need more Customer Service, number of queues is very much. Sometimes only 1 CS served the customer even though queues reach 20person.
The teller bank have enough recources (3person). No big gap for queue.
It has public toilet for customer.
