Good and cozy place to bring your toyota for service; the waiting room provides snacks, coffee and tea provided.. and TV, newspaper and free wifi, too

In this workshop serve both car repairs when there is damage to your vehicle or service routine service according to the advice of Toyota. Repair service is done by service advisors who are quite friendly and experienced in the field. There is a lounge on the second floor and already provided television, newspapers and food and free drinks that can be enjoyed for free. When at rest and the vehicle has not been done, you can enjoy lunch for free. If you bring a small child there is a children's playground on the ground floor close to the car show room. If you want to pray there is also a mosque near the entrance of the waiting room. In general service in the workshop is quite satisfactory.

Great service as always. Almost every Auto 2000 I went to has a high standard and quality service, this shop has helped me with my yearly car service.
I am pleased with the timely service. Staff is generally polite and quite knowledgeable in providing me the solution to my problems. Thank you Auto 2000.

"Satisfying". Available choice of several new toyota with good service, clean show room and available corner for children playground.
Vehicle repair is done quickly with expres maintenance program. Availability of Toyota genuine parts and Toyota genuine accessories with warranty to make customer satisfied in using Toyota brand

Good service and very friendly customer service. Just make sure you remember to call them to check on your car because they never call back. Too busy I guess

Just before the Lebaran holidays, the place is crowded and I'm waiting in the que at no 25, still 11 to be called. People want their vehicles serviced before they go for a long tour.
