On time operation. My family and i arrived at the office at about 7.15 am. Office was then opened at around 7.30 am. Service was excellent and efficient. The officers were professional, informative, helpful and friendly.

It's said close at 4PM, but in fact they're closing in 3PM, and they open in 9AM. I think public sector employees really can't work minimum 8hours
And also they got bad attitude and even ask for extra money ( in my case when filling the form, they ask me to pay for the form, and can't fill it wrong, we have to pay again for new form)
Also it's very hard to get the line up number, registration code
The whatsapp system very slow response and always said it's already full

Now we do not have to come early and stand in long line waiting for queuing ticket since we can now make an appointment for passport application via whatsapp in this ULP office. The service is reasonably quick and quite efficient. The officers are helpful. The office is clean and neat without significant crowd.

Usually crowd right here. Some employee have bad attitude to their customer and must improve his service.

Need to start queueing from 05:30 in the morning just to get a number (they limit a day's quota of only 150 people), and there's a need to wait until 07:30 before they start services. If your number is called but you're not present, you need to take a new number and wait all the way up to the end of the day. Even though the procedure takes a lot of time and there's a serious lack of efficiency, the staffs are friendly tho.

Baru tanya proses aja jawaban sdh pd ketus, baik pegawai maupun security. Mmg bukan marah tp nadanya bukan niat menerangkan dgn baik. Kl sdh ngerti kan ga tny. Ga tau d tar kl proses pd ramah apa ga. Tp kesan pertama aja sdh ga baik. Pdhal ktnya pelayan masyarakat.

Layanan cepat karena sudah pakai sistem antrian via whatsapp, tanggal 3 agustus 2017 saya daftar via whatsapp untuk pembuatan tanggal 8 agustus 2017, dan dapat jadwal jam 8-9 pagi, saya datang setengan delapan sudah disuruh masuk untuk antri pngisian formulir, jam 8 mulai dipanggil pengecekan berkas, 8.15 saya dipanggil cek berkas kemudian menunggu panggilan foto dan sidik jari.. 8.35 dipanggil foto, 8.45 selesai dapat bukti pendaftaran sekaligus digunakan untuk slip pembayaran di Bank, 8.50 antri di Bank Sinarmas, 8.57 beres sudah tinggal menunggu pengambilan paspor yang dijadwalkan hari ini tgl 11 agustus 2017 dari pukul 14:00-16:00. semoga proses pengambilanya mudah dan cepat..

Proses Antriannya harus dirubah.. melayani 150 pemohon perhari. Kl dah nmr antrian 150an ke atas mending ke ktr imigrasi tangerang aja.
Datang jam 6:30 dpt antrian 181.

Petugas sangat banyak tapi server lemoot ,,,jadi lebih lama nunggu ...padahal gedung telkom d samping kantor imigrasi...apa perlu kantornya di pindah kedalam geudng telkom...pak petugas ganti server yg mantap

Seingat gw akhir tahun 2006 pertama kalinya gw ngurus Paspor di Kantor Imigrasi Karawang Jabar untuk kunjungan kerja ke Thailand..waktu itu gw ga ngurus sendiri tapi diantar dan dilayani oleh Asmen HRD PT.Ewindo Purwakarta bpk Hermawan sd dapetin itu paspor....10 tahun yg lalu sj layanannya sudah cukup bagus...sekarang gw mau perpanjang paspor gw yg sudah lama tewas.....kali ini gw ngurus sendiri kagak lewat biro atw calo....harapan gw bisa selesai dlm 1 hari kerja Senin tgl 16 Mei awal minggu depan gw ijin sehari kagak ngantor tuk urus prpanjgan itu paspor....harapan gw semoga bisa kelar dlm sehari....

Tempat ga ada teratur2nya. Pengunjung banyak, meja, kursi dan ruangan minim. Meriksa berkas maunya terima beres, kalau nanya marah2. "unit pelayanan" nenek lo!

Prett ah.. antriannya najong... lama. Datang dari subuh. Ribet. Mau online webnya rusak. Kalo bkn domisili tangerang percuma hrs surat domisili. Ktp kertas ditolak. Harus ada ektp. Kalo ga ditolak. Antrian ga beres. Anak2 harus dibawa pdhl kan blm foto. Mknya imigrasi dan kantor pemerintah ngeselin dan nyusahin pelayanannmya. Blm di datengin kpk...

Selalu ramai, terlebih saat musim liburan. Lengkapi copyan data-data sebelum datang, karena lokasi fotocopy terdekat baru buka jam 9 pagi.

07:30 s/d 10:00 Wib.
Dan untuk pembayaran sekarang sudah bisa di bayarkan di 59 bank se indonesia di berlakukan pada tgl 02 -agst-2016

Dtng jam 7 sdh no10, mudah2an lancar, pake kemeja jng putih, celana pjng, sepatu(bole sendal asal jng sendal jepit)
Jam 8.45 selesai prosesnya, ternyata dtng jam 8-9 jg msh bisa, mkn krn jumat sepi or whatever! Great services, owe some👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Hanya paspor biasa non elektronik.
Bayar di BNI belum bisa di loket.
Ambil paspor 3 hari setelah pembayaran (siang).
Jam 7 pagi sudah antre
