The only thing is good in this hospital is the doctor, at least for me. Parking area is terrible, get in, drop off, then go out, get in again, then park the car. The staffs work very very very slow, I mean, really really slow. Even if you want to pay, you have to wait for at least 45 mins. What a waste of time....

Siloam is a joke!! They must be reported and have their licence revoked! Terrible management and very expensive!! Don't go there!!

Park is outdoor & need time for reaching.
The doctor is good, but the waiting list is crazy (3 weeks for 1 appointment to the next and thus need to re-treatment from beginning)
The nurse station is suck, 5-10 minutes for waiting them pick up the call.
Politeness is standard.
Toilet in each floor is only 2.

Clean and modern hospital. Not only has elevators, but also escalators. In the lobby there's resto and bakery. Parking all are outdoor.

Operator jarang sekali angkat telpon, bahkan sengaja matikan. Hasil lab tidak diinfokan sudah 2 minggu. Tidak akan pernah kesini lagi!
Operator rarely picks up the phone call, even deliberately turn it off. Lab results aren't distributed to patient, even after waiting for 2 weeks. I will never go here again! Slowest hospital service in Jakarta

The facility, doctors & nurses mostly are all good but not with your CALL CENTER. It's the worst!!!

I was in travel to west java then i get an ameba germs and turn into emergency get a private car directly to jakarta went to this hospital and i was observation 24hrs really extra care thanks i have travel insurance where they pay every thing i recommend this hospital .

Cashier lady at 5th floor is lame. Slow typing. Makes a lot of que, so wasting time. So lame.
But the Doctor of skin specialist is best.

Yes...the worst in Jakart. Call center Siloam nit even listening carefully what do you wants. I asked the phone no for TB Simatupang but the call center given me phone no of Lippo. Worst ever!!!

Hey Siloam Hospital TB SIMATUPANG...You have a very BAD PROBLEM with your CALL CENTRE SYSTEM. It always failed.
How come you ignore the way to keep your patience/customer stay loyal?? Where's your Quality Management system team? or customer care team? they are not working. Stop paying them.

Good service in hospitality but you have problem in your call centre, noone picked up the phone even after 5 times calling, especially in insurance desk line. Pls put more attention on it

I did a medical check up this month. Overall service of the doctors and nurses are very good, but it is not easy to call via operator. Once it is picked up, and transferred to the extension, it got lost and I have to call again and again. Please provide communication by sms or others to make our life easier.
