the price is not equal with the service.
their internal system is not good. I had some missinformation.
some doctors especially the old one, only report to parents once every two days and these old doctors need to improve their customer servicing skill and communication skill. the hospital allow them to behave as such due to seniority.
the hospital has potential to be better
I had another bad experience with this hospital. I filed a hard complaint to patient relation and they agree to follow up. a month later there is no follow up. really really really not recommended hospital.

Ini adalah taman bermain yang sangat cocok buat anak anak yang terletak tpat dibelakang rumah sakit pondok indah. Tempatnya luas dan serinv ramai di akhir pekan atau saat liburan....

The hospital itself is seemingly set with high standards. However, when my baby was rushed into NICU, got a lousy treatment by dr. Radhian Amandito. Never to visit this hospital anymore!

Great (expensive) hospital. Cafetaria food has been a local gem since the 90s. Only wish we could book doctor's appointment through the mobile app. Make it happen please!
Did an executive medical check-up here. So fast and great friendly service. They have buffet! Would recommend.

Good, luxurious hospital and complete facilities here in Pondok Indah region. But if you have to stay here in public waiting room, looking after the patient, beware of pickpocket or thieves! especially early in the morning/around 3.00-5.00 AM. Even the security guards and their cctv systems are not always helpful about this.

The hospital is very good service and have qualified doctors and experienced according to his expertise.
Hospital that have complete polyclinics such as child polyclinics, dental polyclinics, skin polyclinics, eye polyclinics, cardiac polyclinics, lung polyclinics, internist polyclinics, physiotherapy polyclinics ...
Has a well-equipped laboratory with sophisticated equipment such us laboratory examination of blood, cardiac CT scan, rongten etc.
Advance equipment to perform surgery on patiens.
Friendly staff and nurses ...
Has very good cafetaria that provide a variety of food menus (international and Indonesian food) with delicious flavors such as fish and chips, meat soup, ribs soup, chicken noodle, rice gudeg, penyet chicken etc.
Provides Valet Parking near the main lobby ...

5 stars hospital, very comfort environment. Just like going to mall than a hospital. Having various gift shops, luxurious. There is a cafetaria offering delicious food with cozy dinning in area. There is a park bwhind the hospital with fresh air.

5 hours later with severe high fever and body pain and I have finally had an appointment and blood work. Have already been waiting 1 hour for the medication. I watched four well visits be prioritized over women screaming in pain. When I finally got an appointment, it was over 1 hour late. Doctor was OK. This is not Jakarta's premier hospital. Jakarta does not have a premier hospital. Go to Singapore expats. It will actually take less time overall.

Doctor supposed to be from 16.00 until 18.00 but the doctor just arrived at 17.15.. i have been waiting since 16.00 and until 19.11 still not meet the doctor!! Very dissapointed

The executive health check up clinic is very satisfactory. The staffs are nice and responsive, and the place is pleasant and clean.

Professional service. Everyone talks about the great cafetaria, which is true, but the price is not so great.
