Large Pizza Hut branch in Bintaro area with great modern industrial ambience. First floor is only for take-away order desk and party room, the main dining room is located on second floor. Service was bit slow compared to other branchs, but still on acceptable speed. Taste was good as Pizza Hut standard. They should take care the hygiene of bathroom and handwash station, I found it quite dirty and liquid handsoap dispenser was empty. Recommended for casual dining with friends in Bintaro area.

Good place to eat. Pizza Hut always maintained their standards be it the waiter/tress demeanor or its food. Nice one Pizza Hut

So bad, I got no great service in this restaurant.. is that just because I'm only walking and using a short pants ??? Wait for almost 45menit for Hot Lemon Tea and almost an hour for my personal pizza. So disappointed

The ambience is cool. The food is nice. But that day we think that the waiter should give customer the right explanation about promo of the day, not just ensure to take orders. Not a good experience as before

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, it's a fairly new place, with a new concept in terms of interior. Food wise is pretty much the same with any other pizza huts I've tried here.

Friendly and helpful staff...good initiative, especially one of the chefs who came to our table one time and informed me that they just refilled the chicken soup after having seen me scooped up an almost empty pot...I didn't complain but the staff are great

Despite from the obvious look of it facade, nothing really special about this Pizza Hut. It visual looks bigger and spacious, but the actual size is not really that big. I don't know why this store made two divided small rooms in the dinning room, for me, it feels quite cramp.
The salad bar and the dessert buffet is so small, if someone paying in the cashier, the space is even more tide. But anyway, is always fun to have a pizza with your loved one.. yes it is. And the location it self is nice, you won't miss this store.
