I think facilities and service are good...but the parking is small. During weekdays it can be hell to reach here, the traffic is very bad

Went to GP on last Tuesday, had laryngitis, flu and cough, treatment was good. 2 days later, i am already back at work after pills and cough syrup prescripted by the GP, thank you KMC

The hospital looks all fancy and neat but the doctors don't know what they are doing (in my case the Pediatric dept). Son was admitted in the night for continuous vomitings and diarrhea. After getting through emergency and an IV drip we were moved to our room. The on call doctor visted us next day morning and told us the results of his blood test (according to him it was a bacterial infection-"Helicobacter pylori") . Next day they started with the antibiotic dose. Since his vomitings reduced they discharged him. Saying he is fine. Our son came back home..and in next 2 days he had umpteen vomitings and loose motions. We brought him to his PD the next day..he blasted us for giving antibiotics without getting culture tests done. KMC denied our request for a stool test. My son's pd did the urine and stool tests and ruled out bacterial infection. He was suffering from a nasty viral stomach bug. We brought him next to Medistra and he is doing better ever since. Sensible folks please avoid KMC !!!

A very recomended mother and kids hospital. The place were great. A very friendly area for kids. The room facility also great. Available for fancy room facility. And the important thing is the doctor here is very qualified, specially for giving birth, so it makes a less mistake during a giving birth process. For parking area, since this hospital have a limited space, the hospital provide a parking area next to the hospital.

Spent a few years in Indonesia and in SEA, this is so far the worst hospital I've ever visited. The staff is impolite, the doctors not sure how to handle a USG machine also doesn't really seem to be sure what are they doing at all.
Good folks, stay away from KMC! This the best I can advise!

the doctors here are good. they only give medicine when necessary. I didn't get any prescription when my baby got hand&mouth disease (spore flu).
Unlike most doctors in Indonesia who sometimes give you AB for flu (it's so overtreatment). but you need to look for the right time to get there since the traffic is quite bad in the morning and afternoon.
