Exorbitant prices. Business not a hospital. Selling medicines at 2 times the regular price and forcing people to buy from there.

Very crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Service not so great, takes ages to pay. As a business I would've thought they'd make it easier for people to give them money. The doctors are actually good. Got the job done in the end, but I'd probably go elsewhere if I have the choice. It just felt like Blok M square there. They had this children's character in the lobby and three staff were helping people take photos and pose. Meanwhile the water at the polyclinic area was empty and the area in a mess. Gotta get their priorities straight.

The customer call service is really bad.
I tried to call the hospital to get more information. First of all the automatic greeting is lengthy. And then push 111 for information but it was busy. And then I was asked to push 0 for operator, but line is busy and was asked to try again. But to my disappointment it never works. Imagine if you have an emergency and has to call this hospital will be nightmare.

Great hospitality and services. Professional doctors. However, it's difficult to book an appointment as the line is always busy

They disconnected my phone because they cannot speak English
