Got 6 Customer Service counters but only 3 open..
All staffs are very friendly and helpful but the waiting space isn't proper enough, especially on crowded time..
The paint works are so-so, nothing special and looks like a bit rushed..

Bad service, they had 6 counters for advisors but only 3 available. It takes about 30 - 45 minutes to handle 1 customer and 15 - 30 minutes again before call for next customer.

Too crowded takes forever just to get any service. All staff are nice but just too crowded

PENGALAMAN BURUK DI AUTO 2000 SERPONG
PROSEDUR PERUSAHAAN BUKAN BERARTI ALASAN TIDAK MELAYANI CUSTOMER.
Disuruh nunggu 1 jam bareng 2 anak di bengkel Auto2000 serpong. padahal tujuan kesono cuman mau tanya prosedur claim asuransi. Ngapain juga masukin claim asuransi (ninggalin mobil) bawa anak 2????
Dr masuk pintu gerbang dah bilang "sy mau tanya claim asuransi", disuruh masuk ambil nomor.
lalu begitu masuk ruangan, sy bilang lagi, mau nanya2x dulu.. bukannya di dengerin mau nanya apa, langsung bilang suruh tunggu.
tunggu 1/2 jam, mulai complain dong.. mereka cuman bilang itu prosedur perusahaan, untuk tanya harus tunggu.....
tunggu 1 jam akhirnya saya marah2x bilang kalo mau tanya soal prosedur claim, dan gak mau masukin mobil dulu. BARU DI DENGERIN PERTANYAANYA!!!!!
PROSEDUR BUKAN BERARTI ALASAN TIDAK MELAYANI CUSTOMER. Dengerin dulu kek 1 menit.. langsung pakai alasan prosedur..
Maksud saya datang supaya tidak salah prosedur, pikir, lebih jelas datang, tanya2x langsung.. malah diperlakukan seperti itu... Tidak ada Prosedur menangani general information yaaaa!!!!
