I stayed two nights here. The first night is very dissapointing. I ordered a non smoking room, but when i checked in they are running out of non smoking room (when i booked there is no information that the non smoking room depends on the availability). They should inform from the beginning if they can not guarantee non smoking room when booking. The staff tried to help with the air cleaner but the smoke odor got intense the whole night from the ventilation or aircon (?) and i can not sleep. Luckily the staff is able to arrange to move me to another room the next day. I believe management can improve their booking system to guarantee the non smoking room request in the future.

Well it is a nice hotel with romantic view of mahakam river and mahakam bridge. The room is nice, the food the breakfast have plentifull of choices. Will never regret had stayed in here

Friendly staff and clean room. It has also nice Mahakam Ballroom. But the food at the wedding bash i had attended was just ok. Please make it better and tasty one.

Good place, with riverside view.
But you must choice a special room for riverside view.
Have a nice pool too, good price.

I like that place,when i arrived and i look around hotel,the place is clean amazing.when i eat ini the restaurant,the food is very delicious. I recommend this hotel for you all

Excellent hotel. The room size, quality, service and rate are good. It is a new hotel, very clean and fresh. The only issue is the location which is a bit far. Nearest shopping centre is the Big Mall which is about 10 mins walk. Unfortunately my room does not have a view. Overal, I am very satisfied. I hope the Harris Hotel management can maintain the condition and service.

Very nice and clean hotel. Stunning view of the sunrise over the Mahakam river, if you have a river facing room.
I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Samarinda.

Good hotel for good price, i sleep for two days here with twin beds, the bed is cozy, the bathroom is good too, clean and neat.
This hotel also have good pool, the view is mahakam river, largest river on borneo island.

This place near mahakam bridge and not far away from Big Mall Samarinda shopping center. In the middle of downtown you can access samarinda from here and not far away from the orher place. Not very expensive it's good place for family vacation

Great hotel especially for the price. Right on the river. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom is a bit cramped but for the price incredible overall. Light filled lobby and open air restaurant on the 5th floor with pretty good food.

Great hotel with poor attitudes. The staff told me the breakfast time when i first checking in. The next day they charged me extra Rp150k. What a joke. Why did you inform me the breakfast time at the first place when the breakfast wasn't included. Apparently it's they tricks for trapping tourists. No wonder i need to deposit Rp500k for a night. Funny part the staff was actually agree this kind of tourist trap practice when i was checking out.

Very nice hotel and very clean environment.. so refreshing when staying here. Check in process was good. During check out handle by mba Wita yang sangat ramah. Will come back to Harris again.

Strategically located near the Mahakam River. Nice place to stay if you have small children since it's got a nice children playroom. It's also close to Big mall.
