I read some reviews from the local guides that said this resort is kind of refugee camp. I then tried this resort and I think it is a good place to say.
The staff is very friendly, the manager is also very friendly (he's new manager for 2 months now as I'm writing this review). The food are great! Probably beating the RM Kencana for tastes.
The resort is currently constructing for expansion and there will be a swimming pool and hall room.
I suggest you to take the deluxe room for more comfortable stay as the superior room is too small for two guests. I stayed in superior and it's very hars to find a spot to pray because it's too jammed.

The service was good, the food was okay, the room is big. My only concern is the wifi, considering there is no good mobile internet signal here. But since we are looking for an escape from the city, bad internet connection might help us to forget other things and enjoy the place

The manager was treated us badly like we dont deserves to stay in their place. They feed us with a portion of a cat (which is very little) and gave us the look if they think we took to much food. At first i thought thats just my bad thought, but hey its not, they even put the “1 piece per person” sign at the buffet area afterwards. The room was poorly maintained, the toilet smell bad, the shower dont have a proper volume of water (sometimes there’s no water at all). One good thing is the local staffs were always being nice to us, and dont mind to cook us extra food (which came from our own supply, not from their kitchen).

Looks good on the outside but terrible service and facilities. Inadequate food portioning, resort manager treated customer improperly.

Really not recomended place to stay 😝😝😝
Food are limited for person who stay there.. very worse ! Even they put a paper on the food that tell "1 piece/person" for the egg and chicken that they slice 12 piece in 1 chicken 😩
The water also limited 😖

This is not a resort, this is such a refugee camp. Food is limited, one small piece per person. Water is limited. The host is not really warm to us.

Such horrible hospitality. The place dirty also toilet no water . Also limited food for each person. The price can change without information. The manager not good everytime we eat is like in jail with monitoring. If have another guest come with more expensive price we will be move out.
