Amazing place to stay, all staff have been so friendly and helpful with any enquiries. Pool bar guys mix up a mean cocktail. Breakfast has a huge variety of seasonal foods and a menu to suit any nationality. Plenty of choice for the evening meal, but l do recommend the Japanese restaurant, their portions are good and you won't leave hungry, also the tepinyaki chef will keep you amused. Pools are a great size...maybe a little too deep for my height....but great to swim in. I wasn't travelling with kids but those l saw were definately not bored. I have stayed in many resorts over the years and I don't think I have seen so many cleaners. The place is spotless, rooms appear to be serviced and checked maybe twice daily and are very spacious. Very pleased with my choice for this holiday.

Hotel ini paling cocok untuk tipe family dengan anak anak kecil.
Karena ketika register anak anak akan diberikan tumbler untuk diisi minuman free flow selama menginap di hotel dari drink station yang tersedia di area hotel. Biasanya ada sekitar 3-4 drink station yang dapat dipakai untuk mengisi tumbler tersebut.
Oh ya cobain juga makan di preggo italian resto nya ya , pizza nya enak banget.
Pantai nya juga bagus dan berada di dekat the laguna hotel serta sofitel nusa dua.
Fasiltas yang lain ada tennis table juga cuma sayangnya peralatan sudah harus diganti sebetulnya sih.
Oh ya mereka baru renov untuk kids club.
Kids club mereka adalah yang terbaik di Bali
Karena besar dan lengkap banget.
Untuk aktivitas di kids club juga seru seru ada wall climbing dan fishing. Atau mau coba balinese dance juga bisa. Kadang malah bisa bikin layang layang dan nantinya diterbangin di area pantai. Udah pasti hotel ini jadi impian orang tua dan anak anak karena anak anak sibuk di kids club dan orang tua bisa bersantai di area kolam renang atau pun di kamar.
Oh ya walaupun sudah cukup tua tetapi kamarnya updated banget dan luas. Dan bathtub sudah model standing bathtub menghadap ke balcony.

Amazing Service. Fantastic location. Our room was the suite which was large and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was great with large selection and super friendly staff. Love the beach and the pool. Downside? The hotel is rather business like and at certain times you get many people wearing suits talking business and they tend to be very serious while we were happy. And skip the Japanese restaurant!

The hotel is really beautiful. The room is clean and spacious. Love the bath! The staff is super friendly and very helpful, always smiling. The food is also superb. I totally enjoyed my stay. Security is also tight for hotels in the vicinity, so we feel very secure. The beach is also protected by wave breakers.

It's a lovely hotel with very hospitable staff. The beach is a 2 minute walk from virtually every room and they have gazebos on the beach to overlook the ocean. The pool is nice too. Regarding food, breakfast was included for our room and it was quite a nice spread, though we had a little difficult time getting good vegetarian food for lunch and dinner. Though many restaurants and options are available. All in all, clearly a 5 star stay! m/

Loved it buffet breakfast could have had few more options though. It seemed like the specialty dishes were only released every 4 days with the usual standard basic food served everyday ie eggs Benedict only available every 4 days. Why not make such a dish popular with western people available everyday. And yeah the Bacon was very dry and ordinary. Please improve your buffet breakfast in future thanks.

We absolutely loved this resort!! From the complimentary upgrade at check in, to the fruit and lollies awaiting us in our spacious room. The staff were wonderful and really went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was incredible!! The best that we have experienced! From the fresh juices, to the balinese omelette and curries to the coconut yogurt, the selection was fantastic! The pools were great and we loved having the option of the salt water pool too. The kids club was lovely and the location and beach front was perfect! I cannot find fault with this resort, perhaps my only suggestion would be the addition of live music on the odd night but other than that, absolute paradise!!

The entire resort was beautiful, clean and well maintained, to say the least. The staff were very warm, friendly and thoughtful, and made our experience a sweet, pleasant and memorable one. What struck me was their fitness and wellness programs which were well thought of. Highly recommended!

Westin never fails to provide comfortable bed and luxury setup. Do expect to pay double to triple at its hotel area. If you are looking for affordable options , there are plenty around Westin. Pool and breakfast is great. Suitable for family stay with young kids.

I came to the Westin for a Conference. Having been to Bali dozens of times, I expected a typical Balinese spin on a corporate event. But was pleasantly surprised to find a Super organised team that had built and amazing experience for the event. The cocktail event hosted down by the beach was a treat, as we sampled various Indonesian foods under the stunning trees. There is a fairly Long walk from the beach to the rooms, which might get annoying if you go back to your room several times throughout the day. The pool looks welcoming and wasn’t too over crowded in late February. I’d suggest it for an event.

The welcome of the resort staff was extremely courteous. Very impressed.
Was offered warm face towel and a welcome drink.
The hotel stuff carefully explained all the rules and regulations of the resort. Gave nice effort to do so.
The resort upgraded us to pool view room at no cost. Impressed.
The room was ready and it was very nice indeed. It would have been nice if we had flower decoration in place.
The food of the resort was very nice however they could improve in some areas
The resort has three pools and they wear very nicely maintained
The ambience of the resort both in day and night time is marvellous
I would strongly recommend this resort for your future customers if they want to stay up in Ubud.

I really like this resort. It has very nice rooms and ever since I am a member of SPG Platinum I had a suite and it was amazing. I went there with my kids. They just love the pool, because there is a waterslide!! And also you can rent bikes and go for a ride along the coast! Staff are also very nice! Recommend this to everybody.

Westin has always been my favourite hotel in the SPG Member Brands. The Westin in Bali has very friendly staffs. I actually booked the hotel on the wrong date and it was a non-refundable rate. But they were willing to accept the mistake I made and help me change my booking date. Upon check-in I was given an upgrade as I am a platinum member. They had apparently upgraded me to the ocean view suite. It was a really pleasant stay there. The beach in Westin is really nice with nice amenities such as the dream bed which let you enjoy the beach and the sun. Highly recommended hotel here!

It's a great place to go to with your kids. Wouldn't recommend it for couples only. We had an ocean view suite which was really nice, however, a bit outdated. Got New York Times daily delivered every morning as well as little surprises here and there. You need to book dream beds at least a day in advance or the morning of if you are lucky. They offer different entertainment at night - each day is different (I.e. All you can eat sushi, dinner and traditional dancing on the beach, cooking for kids, fishing for kids). Staff there is very helpful and attentive. Will go back there once we have kids :) definitely a paradise for them!

Surpassed my expectations! The beach with its clean azure water is right by the hotel, the pool is no slouch either, with a salt water pool, slide, volleyball net and more. Compared to the other hotels on the same stretch of beach, this had the best spacing between the beach lounge chairs.You won't have to stare at someone else's feet or head.
Whether you're a family or a couple looking for a romantic getaway, a stay at this hotel will refresh you. The breakfast spread is huge and fresh, the beds live up to their name of being heavenly, and many thoughtful details have been taken care of-- you can rent gym shoes/fitness wear for a low fee, and even the hotel tooth brushes have different-colour bristles so you won't get yours mixed up with your partner's. Besides the outstandingly warm and attentive staff, the user experience of the hotel is brilliantly executed. It's rambling enough that you can wander about admiring the landscaping (and squirrels), yet you'll never be lost on your way to dinner.
Some reviewers commented that the rooms are dated. Sure, they're not the most swanky, but they're very well-maintained, luxurious and unpretentious. I was much more at home than in some modern hotels I've tried.
