Great pool and helpful staff. The location is pretty and the resort has lots of activities. The rooms are ever so slightly shabby but otherwise it's a great hotel

A luxury hotel sprawling and easy to get lost in with great pools and food. The rooms are dated but comfortable. Major issue are the toilets which lack modern bidet seats. If you are used to this convenience which are at all the good malls in Jakarta then you will grimace in the bathrooms here. Encouraging the management to fix this issue and make the hotel experience here refreshing as well as relaxing.

Loved the hotel, clean, every request granted. And so many pools! Never seemed crowded. The staff so friendly and always smiling. Had a great relaxing stay!

I haven't even been here 5 hours and the staff has gone above and beyond my expectations. I arrived after a 24 hr flight with stitches in my bed and a broken cell phone. Everyone banded together to make sure I had a working phone and was extremely comfortable. I can't imagine what the next 20 days will bring. I'm a single traveling female from the USA. In the end, remember you get what you give. Be kind and people will be kind to you.

Absolutely perfect. Best to avoid rainy season. April was great. Definitely go again. Try to get the pool access suites. The beach is kept spotless and service is impeccable. Food is more authentic outside (naturally)

Such a beautiful resort. Prices are nominal. Very kind staff. There are 7 pools. Breakfast is awesome. Breach attached to resort is the Best one. And beach attached to resort gives you immense pleasure. Its a great experience with Laguna. Bamboo pipe music is awesome. They play at the lounge. Huge Longue. Rooms are good. It's a good resort for kids too. We would consider to go again.

A wonderful property of the Marriott Group.
This hotel/ resort has a huge compound with many swimming pools which was manicured like a man-made beach, complete with sand! How amazing!
Check-in was done seated at the couch area in the lobby and the staff were warm, friendly and approachable. We were shown to our room upon completion of check-in formalities and the staff also orientated us to the facilities available within the hotel/resort.
A major draw would be the fact that the hotel has its own stretch of beach co-shared with Westin and some other hotel properties. There are also restaurants by the beach which is a perfect ambient set-up to complete the entire beach holiday experience.
The spa personnel were really professional, especially the spa manager who take things upon herself to understand customer feedback when it fell short of expectations in some areas.
The buffet breakfast spread was really comprehensive and the freshly pressed juices and special juice shots concoction was a welcome start to a brand new day!
All in all, a wonderful and enjoyable stay at this awesome hotel/resort property.

I did not want to leave this place. We stayed in a private villa that was spacious with a backyard and our own pool. The service was top notch and the buffet was amazing. Would visit again and again.

Amazing resort. It was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Great pools. The spa was fantastic as well as the beach bars.

Nice luxury hotel, friendly staff, large "lagoon" pools around some of the rooms. Breakfast was OK, not great. Bland fried rice, bacon was too dry and stuck together. Large grounds. Overpriced food and drinks, like everything else in Nusa Dua. On my first night a couple of Russian tourists made a lot of noise coming back to their room above mine and talked loudly on the phone on the balcony at 1.30 in the morning. I made some complaints and the hotel was nice enough to change my room and give me a complementary massage voucher.

Wow. Just wow.
The service and grounds surpassed my expectations hands down. Incredibly friendly staff that remember my name as well as my family. They are cognizant of every little detail from what we prefer to eat to refreshing my water when I’m at the gym. They were incredibly accommodating to cook us a full vegetarian Balinese meal after consulting with us in the morning. Breakfast buffet also had enough vegetarian items to accommodate. The pools and beaches were immaculate and the grounds are kept up with the upmost detail. The spa was incredibly relaxing—we got a massage room near the waterfalls and I was so relaxed that I almost fall asleep. Try the ginger tea in the spa because I’m addictive. The rooms were also up to date and clean.
It was really a treat to stay here. I feel so spoiled. I’ll recommend this resort to all of my friends & family. :)

Great place nice to stay. It is good if you rent a car because the hotel area is separated from the local area. The closest shopping and super market is Bali collection.

Amazing property. Attentive and friendly staff that is going above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. Great restaurant choices and beautiful beach

Beautiful place, extremely well maintained. The staff are just fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. We were made to feel very special. Tia in Banyubira restaurant even served us breakfast in the garden. Mika, the housekeeper, kept our room beautifully clean and even left flowers. Everyone was so lovely and the hotel is great.

Wife and I visited this fantastic resort December 2016. The greetings we received on arrival was unbelievably friendly. Very friendly service. Food was fantastic and the servers were very attentive. Great accommodation, clean room and linens. I will highly recommend this resort and any chance to return will be quickly accepted. Thanks

My first resort experience was here. Stayed for 6 nights. Room was 5 🌟 by Bali standards. The pools and beach were the real standout feature of this resort. The pools are immaculately clean and the beach is easily accessible 🏊. The beach was also amazingly clean 🌊! Staff were friendly and accommodating the buffet offered a great selection of food 👩🍳👨🍳. Definitely a resort worth visiting! 🏖️

This place is amazing. The scenery is gorgeous, the beach is clean, and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Just outside of the resort you can visit the local town and see how life is in Bali, and there are other great activities as well not to far out from the resort. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a nice relaxing vacation.

Had a great time at the luxury resort! But now in advance that food and drink are quite expensive compared to rest of Bali. The staff is fantastic! They are so helpful, and are always smiling!
The only negative was that we paid 200k, which is expensive for a taxi company that the hotel had a deal with. and paid directly to the hotel. It was supposed to go on the highway. But the driver asked if we had any money to pay for the highway, but we had none...so he took another way, with heavier traffic.

Great hotel and beautiful gardens. This hotel backs onto the beach which was great as you can choose to go to the beach or lounge by the pool.
Good food and cocktails at the hotel and the staff were polite and friendly.
The only downside to this hotel was that they were doing refurbishments and made a lot of drilling noises etc whilst we were trying to chill out by the pool.

Fantastic resort! Lovely rooms & facilities. Affordable luxury by NZ standards too. If you're looking for a Bali resort, you won't be disappointed!
Benjamin Lau (17/05/2017 08:59)
Nice and comfortable. Rather big estate and some might complain too much walking. Has own beachfront which is unlike the other Nusa Dua hotels. Friendly staff that's always ready to greet you. Rooms are somewhat dated. Has steps to bathroom so people with mobility issues might have to check with hotel.

If you don't have a room there just move !
We've been here just for enjoying the beach and drinks. A guy came to us, asked for what we wanted to drink and then asked us which room we booked. As we told him we came for waiting for some friends then he went to a "police man" who worked for the hotel he came to us and said that if we don't have booked any room here we CAN NOT STAY !!
What's the matter ?? We wanted to have some drinks and paid for it ...

There’s a huge amount of space at this Nusa Dua resort, which covers 5,000 square metres. There are accommodation options to suit every budget (the villas with private pools are the most popular) and butler service if you’re feeling lazy. If all that relaxation gets too much, sign up for a workout on the beach; choose from a range of fitness classes, including total body workouts and muscle toning. At the spa, there’s a real emphasis on health, with treatments inspired by the seven pillars of wellbeing and a wide variety of holistic treatments designed to sooth and relax.

Best resort EVER! The staff and butlers are so friendly and kind, and the service is awesome. The food and view is wonderful. It's a pity the big pool was under construction though.

Great place for a conference. Very enjoyable outdoor functions in the evenings.

The hotel has a very beautiful ambiance and offers some free activities and services like drying clothes and ironing for it's guests. They also offer shuttle services to a nearby shopping mall. The beach and pool were both clean. The morning buffet is rich with many varieties and food tastes delicious with a section only for fresh juices and healthy smoothies prepared by a very nice Chef called Putu. The staff were very friendly. We bought some wooden sculptures and a butler called Dewa S. noticed them in our room and offered to wrap them with bubble wrap and pack them. Moreover, they were kind enough to let us check out late as our flight was in the evening. The only negative thing is the slight moldy smell in the rooms. I would like to thank everyone at the Laguna for making our stay a wonderful one.

My partner and I stayed at their executive suite for 3 nights in Bali. Overall, thumbs up to the whole team here! We had a memorable stay here as SPG platinum member, and really enjoyed the service, the very lean check-in process, the surroundings, the clean beach, and the excellent drinks here. This place has the best evening atmosphere comparing to its neighboring hotels.
One feedback to the team could be: I understand that suite room may be under utilised because of its price and may not be used often. It would be nice to just check again the room condition (even if it is clean) once before the next guest check in. Because, sometimes, in such humid weather condition, the bed sheets tend to get wet and smells a bit bad if it is unused for a while.
Michelle Davies (12/10/2016 17:33)
The pool was amazing, very clean and literally circled the hotel. We had a garden view room which was absolutely fine, a little dated but clean. The lobby smelt a bit musty however we put that down to the humidity in Bali.
The buffet was good, plenty of breakfast selections, we didn't get sick and there were no other reports of anyone getting sick either.
A ten minute walk to the Bali collection, this had numerous places to eat, shop and have treatments, again clean and a nice place to visit
We had never been to Bali before and were sceptical from people's reviews. We did get a taxi to a couple of other places however Nusa Dua was in our opinion a quieter, cleaner place to visit where we will definitely return, it's not for the people requiring a party atmosphere, in our opinion this is for a relax.
The only negative thing was the alcohol at the hotel it was expensive, such a shame as it showed by not having many customers at the bars.
The staff were really friendly and when we were leaving the manager personally came to speak to us making sure our stay had been up to standard.

Honeymoon visit. Was amazing, the resteraunts in the ok were nice but very pricey. Would recommend eating at the Bali collection as you'll pay £3 for a can of coke in the hotel which even in the uk is extortionate. The staff were amazing, room and lagoon was amazing. Couldn't more highly recommend this hotel.
Joseph Leung (10/03/2016 06:36)
very big hotel with many lagoon room. suggest to stay higher floor amid the humidity. the breakfast selection is medium but the staff are very friendly. it's just close to the beach and you can enjoy some sunshine everyday!
Jo Cole (22/02/2016 21:01)
Amazing hotel and location, my wife and I stayed at the hotel for our honey moon. The service was great and staff were friendly. We had an issue with one of the packages from the spa and emailed the hotel to which the hotel manager meet us in person to respond to.
The swimming pool is split in to many sections and covers a very large area, which is great and you are able to find areas that are not too busy or crowded.
